Initial delivery of fridge had to be rejected due to product imperfection so had to set a 2nd delivery date which take another couple weeks.

It wasn't delivered when I wanted it. It come the next week as they wanted to reschedule.

I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. As soon as the refrigerator got plugged in it was making a noise like something was wrong with it, and it had to be returned. Never would I buy again or recommend. I wasted too much time and effort getting this refrigerator to my home and then had to take it right back to the store.

Ended up returning. Didn’t realize it was wire shelves inside. Nothing sat upright, things falling over. Got one with glass shelves.

Arrived with thin plastic walls inside that were damaged from shipping. very flimsy. hope its mechanicals are better.

We bought this as a 2nd refrigerator for the garage for beverages only. It’s ok for that purpose. I wouldn’t suggest it as a main refrigerator. The doors are cheaply made and make noise hen opening/closing. I suspect if we put too much weight in them, they won’t close properly. The top racks are wire so bottles and cans aren’t very stable when placed on them. They work better for cartons or gallon containers.

Delivery Crew did NOT take away\ old refrigerator as contracted. *I still believe that I have not been refunded for the fee to fulfill that service. *Nor did they put the item next to the road. Even 'IF' I had a 'Dolly'... I am disabled, as that I have extreme mobility issues. Since the refrigerator is under My carport. 'Waste Management' will NOT pick-it-up!!!!!! The 'Set-up' was a long arduous process. With NO assistance from the delivery personnel. Not only would They not take in account My extenuating circumstances. But They seemed upset that I was taking so long to remove items from the old unit!?!?! *> I would appreciate 'IF' someone would move the old refrigerator to the edge of the road... so that I could arrange for 'Waste Management to take it away!!!!!!

This was a total waste of money. The refrigerator freezes the stuff and cans and bottles explode. Then sometimes the freezer decides not to work any more and everything thaws out. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

The refrigerator is not bad for the price. I think I just needed the next size up and things would have fitted a lot better.

Product is noisy. Would not recommend. I purchased one with the same problem & exchanged it for another one. The same noise issue exist with this one. I'll be moving within a year and didn't wanna get anything fancy. It looks sleek but makes weird noises.

its ok I think they might have put together the doors on wrong. Something 6going on. They are rubbing when I open and close.

The product is fine and works as it should. The one star, should have been 0 if it was an option, is for the delivery. The assigned delivery company was horrible. It took them three times to deliver this refrigerator and took almost a month to receive. They always had always had some excuse not to deliver. It was this or that. I'm a senior citizen who needed the refrigerator for my medicine. I finally had my oldest son involved and he literally laid out the plans for the delivery company and he came to flag them down in the street, tell them where to park, come and grab the old refrigerator first, and deliver and install the new one in the kitchen. Basically dictate to the deliverers what to execute. If this was the case for all deliveries, I would've never purchased the refrigerator from Best Buy. There was too much work involved for something I purchased and not my job, or my son's job. I recommend finding new trustworthy, customer service oriented companies to deliver your products on the agreed time and date and not give the run around as to why they can't. Still frustrating to think about.

Nice fridge but the shelves are a bad design for cans they will not stand up.

Somehow, it stop working. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it and I might have to call your technician to fix it.

It’s quite and works fine. I don’t like the metal racks. Cans tip over

It’s ok. Bottles don’t stand up on the shelves since they are wire but we improvised. Good as a 2nd fridge

Shelves inside refrigerator are wire so 12 oz. bottles easily fall down. Best Buy wants over $50 to switch door side even though not disclosed on website. When I called about my other refrigerator purchase, Best Buy had no record.

I returned the first refrigerator because it was scratched inside on the glass tray and it was supposedly brand new (not out of box). Now, the freezer door is not closing properly and make a scraping sound and leaking water that turns to ice. Clearly the freezer door may have been installed incorrectly. So second return here we go.

It works good , But if you push things all the way back on the wire racks, they fall off ( cause the racks are too short .

The refrigerator was damaged during delivery. the dent was on the side. I accepted the delivery because it had to go to the second floor apartment,
