I bought this refrigerator in less than 6 months back and it is not cooling since last week. I had to wait for 4 days for best buy repair man to come and take a look. We had to throw all our foods in the fridge which was rotten. To add more to the frustration, after the technician guy checked the fridge, he told that the control board is not working and will need to be replaced. It will take them at least a week to get a new control board. We are without a fridge for 5 days now and they want us to wait for 7 more days!!! That too without ensuring if this fridge will ever work after replacing the control board, which is a manufacturing defect. I have spent over 6 hours on the phone with best buy (making appointment, following up, etc) and they could not care less. I am not a person who writes negative reviews but I think that is all best buy deserves. They do not take any responsibly after selling their trash products. Zero customer service. I think I have never regretted more purchasing anything in my life. Total waste of my money.

For 2 weeks I thought I had something living in my crawlspace, only to find out that it was actually coming from the back of the refrigerator. I am now waiting for a service appointment which has now been changed from 12/26/19 to 2/6/2020.

Makes noises constantly. The fridge is still in my kitchen and I have already started making payments. Purchase date is not correct. It's been about six weeks ago. Worst service ever. Still waiting for the new one. Purchased well before the virus.
