Shelves inside refrigerator are wire so 12 oz. bottles easily fall down. Best Buy wants over $50 to switch door side even though not disclosed on website. When I called about my other refrigerator purchase, Best Buy had no record.

This was a total waste of money. The refrigerator freezes the stuff and cans and bottles explode. Then sometimes the freezer decides not to work any more and everything thaws out. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

Nice fridge but the shelves are a bad design for cans they will not stand up.

Good replacement for replacing a standard refrigerator. No frills but runs well. Would recommend not using Geek squad to install.

Fridge had a small scratch when delivered. Doors sometimes open if they are shut quickly

Can I give them zero star? I bought this refrigerator in less than 6 months back and it is not cooling since last week. I had to wait for 4 days for best buy repair man to come and take a look. We had to throw all our foods in the fridge which was rotten. To add more to the frustration, after the technician guy checked the fridge, he told that the control board is not working and will need to be replaced. It will take them at least a week to get a new control board. We are without a fridge for 5 days now and they want us to wait for 7 more days!!! That too without ensuring if this fridge will ever work after replacing the control board, which is a manufacturing defect. I have spent over 6 hours on the phone with best buy (making appointment, following up, etc) and they could not care less. I am not a person who writes negative reviews but I think that is all best buy deserves. They do not take any responsibly after selling their trash products. Zero customer service. I think I have never regretted more purchasing anything in my life. Total waste of my money.

My frig came dented and missing a leg but they made it better by giving me a gift card.

I brought the appliance home on 12/2/19 and immediately began hearing noises. For 2 weeks I thought I had something living in my crawlspace, only to find out that it was actually coming from the back of the refrigerator. I am now waiting for a service appointment which has now been changed from 12/26/19 to 2/6/2020.

Had dents in it, and one of the shelves broke. Was quite disappointed. But, works fine.

The fridge I bought was delivered with a dent in the front door. Makes noises constantly. The fridge is still in my kitchen and I have already started making payments. Purchase date is not correct. It's been about six weeks ago. Worst service ever. Still waiting for the new one. Purchased well before the virus.

Don’t like the way the inside racks are some stuff you have to lay down but I like it delivery guys were awesome

This is an average fridge. Low in price, average in quality. Good deal if you need a quick fridge.

The quality of this refrigerator is average. I thought Insignia was making improv on product.

I just got home from work to receive a bent refrigerator at one corner so now it’s out of balance, Not happy.

Has a feature to keep the door closed when you open the bottom door that I like. Its a no frills fridge nothing special.

It does what it should but it’s very loud at times.

its ok if you can put a little more money together and buy a different brand not the best
