Also shelves fell off in less then a year. Terrible quality... I don't know what to do at this point.

1. The refrigerator may not be level on the floor.
Solution: Level the refrigerator with the leveling feet.
2. The body of the refrigerator is touching a wall.
Solution: Move the refrigerator out from the wall.

The only different is that the freezer in this frig is not icing up like the first frig. I am still hoping this frig will last me at least 10 years. My second frig next to this one is still working for over 20 years. Why are the appliances not built like they used to?
