    After 3 days the ice cream is soft serve. Milk and soda are cool only.Olive oil never solidified. When I close the freezer door the main door swings open! The only thing i need to know is how to return this.

      I really do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced on your freezer since the main door swings open that can cause your food to melt faster and for this as well we appreciate your feedback. If the seal on your freezer door isn't sealing, try cleaning the seal before you decide to replace it. Crumbs or dust present in the grooves of the seal, also known as a gasket, will prevent the freezer door from sealing tightly and evenly as it should.

    I have been a loyal Best buy customer for the past 5 years buying thousand's of $$ worth of merchandise but I'll have to admit that Geek squad is the worst possible customer service you can ever come across. Hours of wait time on the calls before we even could get to the actual agent to talk regarding the issues. Once scheduled, the service technician doesn't show up, instead the appointment is cancelled with out any notification to the customer. My 2 refrigerators that were purchased through Best buy went bad multiple times. This is the last time that I would buy any product from Best buy.

    Loud noise ,,, Poor performance in terms of cooling ,, Food is rotting,, Less than 18 cubit feet,,, Also they do musical chair with the price ,, bought for $500 ,, in 2 weeks found out they are selling it for $400,, will only match price for a week ,, DO Not Buy Please

    Big mistake buying Insignia

    I owned an Insignia tv that lasted remarkably well. I was foolish to veer away from the rule of buying a product that a company didn't originally manufacture. The first one I recieved, I had to turn the freezer to its highest setting to bring a bar of margerine to hard. When I turned the fridge up to its highest it still did not get cold enough to preserve everyday foods. I lost a lot. The replacement fridge top and botton on highest setting. Bottom is a little better than the first but still not as cold as I would like. Top. I went to get ice cream out of the freezer - every carton is soft, to the point of being runny on the sides. Never again, so long as I live, will I buy another Insignia.

    Delivery people refused to change door opening direction, demanded a great deal of money. They tried to dump the refrigerator in place and leave. Never bother to level it so the door would close tightly by itself. Product is a low-end model. There is nothing to write home about it.

    We liked the fridge at first. After about 3 weeks we noticed that in order to keep anything cold or completely frozen we had to max out both temp settings in fridge and freezer. Otherwise it does not keep things reasonably cold or frozen.

    I let the company know that there is damage to the right back of frig due to an apparent drop. Had to use a block to be able to secure the frig from rocking when in place. Not happy with the company not getting back with me on the problem. The frig is working ok, but would have been nice to have an un-damaged frig.

    Refrigerator is too hot on the outside. Kinda scary. The shelving inside are wire. Don’t like it seems flimsy. I thought plastic ones came with it. The back bottom is exposing wires. My old refrigerator had a back piece to cover all that. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

    First refrigerator malfunctioned in the refrigerator and freezer so I had to have it replaced this happened within one month of my purchase and the second one placed it I have to leave the refrigerator down on lowest setting to keep it from freezing my food in the refrigerator

    this is the noisiest refrigerator I have ever had. I am up very early in the morning and this refrigerator sounds like there is a kitten inside of it. i won't buy this brand again or recommend it. Tall bottles won't stay upright on the door.

    Less than a year it has broken. Geek Squad sent a repair person out. Leaking propane (sounds dangerous) coolant. They normally would replace since it is not even a year old. Fine okay it happens that is why there is a warranty and I bought the extended Best Buy Geek Squad warranty. Sounds like a good thing . Wrong! . After spending two hours waiting to talked to Greek squad rep now I have to call back and get the run around and 2.5 hours later. The person could not tell me when a replacement was coming or a status. She would call me back in a few business days. really?? Going on 3 weeks without a refrigerator.! Run Away from this product and the Geek Squad. Very frustrating!

    Communications for delivery was excellent, delivery men very knowledgeable and courteous. Refrigerator was purchased brand new but had a noticeable dent in bottom of right, delivery men made a note of it but I was never offered any compensation for it. Other than that, very satisfied with refrigerator.
