The wire rack has wires that are too widely spaced, resulting in smaller items (less than about 3" bottom width) falling over. Seems like a design error since they have been making these for a long time

Lost all of our food and getting an upgraded replacement.

Decent Refrigerator, mislabeled

We didn't care about scratches as this is in our garage so no big deal. When the refrigerator was delivered, it was missing the screws to put the handles on for the refrigerator and freezer. I have called Insignia to get the screws and I have received 1 of 4 so far. Even with this one, it seems like it is too small to fit in the refrigerator and will not hold the handle. I guess we will just have a refrigerator without handles in the garage.

The whole side gets hot too. Repair guy came out within the first week of purchase and just said “yeah these ones are like that” I am not satisfied at all

Settings on high and freezer doesn’t freeze completely. “Frozen” waffles got mold and constantly find icicles from freezer unfreezing.

Great Value, but be weary of the open metal racks

The wire racks do not allow anything to balance on it without it tipping over. So now we need to find some “shelves” to put over or replace the racks
