I insist to fix this noice or replace with different product.

Top shelf of fridge froze food, bottom half is warm. I would NOT RECOMMEND. And the service from Best Buy has been horrid at best. Was supposed to be delivered five days ago and the truck broke down. Then was supposed to be delivered today and delivery company called me and told me it’s on back order. It may be in next week. I’m shopping other places now and hoping to just return and be done with Best Buy

NOT GARAGE READY!

I also confirmed via chat prior to purchasing, and was guaranteed this unit would be useable in NE Ohio winter. After a few weeks the refrigerator began not to work and all items in freezer defrosted. Repair service came to home and indicated that this model is NOT garage ready - it would need a special attachment.

I just purchased a refrigerator of this brand from Bestbuy in Dec 2019 and it died on Sep 18, 2021, due to the death of the control board. I contacted this brand to ask them about spare part replacement but there is no item available. It is really hard to repair since there is no technical service and spare part provided in any state in the USA. To save time and money, please go with other better brands.

Our refrigerator went out and I needed something so I thought this was a good buy . Was not the best time to be making this purchase during the pandemic but I needed something. It's only been 5 months since I purchased it and now it does not work . The oil and Freon dripped out all over the floor. During a pandemic some people don't have extra money to spend on another fridge. You expect a fridge to work a lot more than 5 months. Now I'm stuck with a broken brand new fridge and no funds to purchase another .Don't know what to do. I wish it was like the good old days when companies stood behind there products.

The freezer is doing its job,but the refrigerator itself not so much. The owner's manual says that the exterior of the refrigerator being warm is normal. The sides of this refrigerator on the outside are more than warm to the touch also that they almost burn you and i don't recall the sides of my previous refrigerator being really warm/hot like this one is.

It got warmer over time, so we didn't notice it failing until after the one-year warranty was up. Fridge failed 3 months after warranty expired. Called repairman to fix it and was told the fix would more expensive than buying a new fridge.Do NOT recommend AT ALL!!

bad seal, flimsy material

First one had cracks on the drawers. Second one won't seal properly, proven by water puddle in the back. Thank goodness this fridge was in the garage and not a wood floor! Current has bad seal on refrigerator side. Thinking of replacing it....again. Never again on ANY INSIGNA products!
