    bestbuy messed up my delivery timetable. so i had to call several times to get this right. The second delivery attempt was smooth. the delivery person is fine but bestbuy doesnt reallt provide solutions.

      -Level the refrigerator with the leveling

    There is very little space in this fridge. It makes strange noises when charging. Poor quality fridge.

    The racks are to space out to put a bottle on, the door shelf are very poor design, have top shelf stick out more then bottom shelf and you can't switch them around because then you can't close door, oy good thing is it was on sale

    Bad Shelves but Good Price

    The shelves on this refrigerator are horrible. The spacing between the wires is to big, so bottles and cans fall over too easily. Really annoying. Other than that, the price was good and quick delivery.

    Terrible. Had it returned due to moooing noise. It sounded like it was going to take off.

    Had to cancel order do to delivery

    I would have loved to give a review of this item, but the order was canceled because the delivery person became upset that I did not answer my phone because he wanted to deliver said item earlier than what was emailed and stated over the phone. He was very nasty, he stated that he changed my delivery date to another day, I disagree only because it was still within the time frame of said schedule time. So I cancel the whole order and went to Sears. Got the same size, same color for a lot less. I also lodged a complaint of the said staff member to headquarters as well as to the locate store.

    This runs more than not. I rarely go in it yet it's running every time I walk past it. It keeps me up at night with a whining noise than seems to be getting worse.

    Lasted just over a year; I purchased it new

    The unit is dying and the fridge temperature is 60F and the Freezer compartment is 54F. It started showing problems just past the one year mark. Would not purchase again and I do not recommend. Hopefully Best Buy can give me a decent discount on a new unit.

    It wasn't the fridge that we wanted was very unhappy because we had originally ordered a whirlpool refrigerator and was in stock so we bought it paid for it when time for delivery it's out of stock very upset cause when we paid for should of been put aside for us. Same thing happened with our stove, ordered these appliances in July if there wasn't a 15 day return policy I would of returned all my appliances and bought them somewhere else the appliance manager at the Best Buy in Sanford was awful wouldn't help us at all

    Bought this for the garage and it is not holding up well. The freezer is on max but will not keep things frozen consistently.

    Freezer at 20 degrees, leaving ice cream soupy and other frozen foods dangerously warm, even after dial cranked to max cold. This in the first month.

    Not a good garage refrigerator. Maybe depends on how cold it gets, I’m not sure. But I’m up north and it freezes all my food in the fridge.

    DON’T BUY IT. I bought mine in nov 2019– it broke beginning of nov 2020. Stopped cooling. They fixed it under manufacture warranty. Six months later it broke for the same reason. They won’t fix it since I didn’t have extended warranty. If they fixed it right in the first place it would not have broke 6 months later.

    Cheapest model and now I know why

    I bought this fridge because there were no freezers left based on the current health crisis. I picked it up and brought it home and Immediately the fridge froze everything. I gradually lowered the setting all the way down to 1 and it was still freezing everything. Called Best Buy and of course since it was past the 2 week timeframe they couldn’t do anything so I spoke to the manufacturer. Went through all the trouble shooting steps and I still have 4 gallons of frozen milk in e fridge along with eggs and everything else!

    MASSIVE DESIGN FLAW WITH FRIDGE DOOR

    So I am writing this review due to the fact this fridge has a massive design flaw where the Fridge door will pop open every time the Freezer is shut. I've never seen this happen with any other Fridge I've owned and we've now lost a fair amount of food due to this massive design flaw. Please don't buy or else you will be dealing with a massive headache and wasted food.

    I bought this Reefridge and I had to change it right away they had that loud noise coming out of it. I’ve got an LG instead

    Can't spend a lot of money right now, but needed a frig. This fits the bill and does what a frig needs to do! Cold milk, frozen ice cream!
