The frig works great but the wire shelves don't hold very much weight and are starting to bend. If you aren't looking to put much weight on the wire shelves then this frig is for you.

refrigerator makes loud noises. definately an off brand

It has more room than I taught at first. there was a long line to pick it up but it went quickly and was loaded quite fast.

This fridge is garbage, Don't waste your money. Freezer would not work and fridge part would freeze items.

Went back to best buy did not like the insignia so I got a whirlpool top freezer refrigerator Best Buy came and picked the Insignia and brought my Whirlpool Refrigerator.

The product did not meet my expectation. The quality was not good. the product overheated and had to be returned.

Purchased refrigerator for my parents. When back from vacation they hear a noise. I called the repair. They came and said that it is a normal noise and if I need an exchanged I needed to have a geek squad, or buy a new one. nothing they can do for me after one month and half of buying the refrigerator. DO NOT BUY appliance from Best Buy.

This refrigerator was damaged on one side. This was a replacement for the first one that had damage to the door. We kept the 2nd refrigerator because the side that is damaged will be up against a wall and we do not want to wait anther month to replace it. There was no damage to the outside of the box either time. So they are being boxed up damaged.

I ordered this BRAND NEW REFRIGERATOR in April. When they delivered it, the freezer handle was broken. Instead of bringing me a new one (handle I mean), they made me place a phone call for an exchange of the entire fridge. I spent an hour on the phone trying to reach someone. When I did they told me the new one would arrive in mid-August. I've submitted numerous emails to you but apparently all I can do is wait until August for an item that I originally ordered.

Freezer section frosts up. Doors stick. Overall, a poor choice. If I could give it a zero, I would.

Didn't last 18 months before it started making noise and stopped cooling. Now out of warranty of course and Local appliance repair shops won't even work on it due to parts being so expensive and hard to get from China. This was $100 cheaper than a traditional brand, really wish I'd spent the extra $100 to get something else.

It works, but it sounds like a dying elephant... ALL DAY LONG!!! You get what you pay for.

It's ok for a second fridge. Freezer is not as deep as expected. Interior light is dim. I wouldn't want this for a main fridge.

Sounds like a dying wold when it's cycling, water all over our kitchen floor in two days. Big nope from us.

Refrigerator stopped freezing 10 months after purchase. Went into store & was informed that I had to call the manufacturer of the item. After two and a half hours invested on three occasions parked on hold, I finally sent an email & received an immediate response. After complying with the 'trouble shooting requests', no response after 2 weeks. BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE!

I was disappointed with the quality. I wasn’t expecting the shelves inside the fridge to look cheap.

both of my refrigerators were damaged. they were apparently there to long for the delivery so they left an old unit in one of the kitchens for 10 days. trying to talk to customer service is a joke. they're supposed to give me some money back for damages on a best buy gift card. really...? i didn't pay you with a best buy gift card. honestly I'll be surprised if it ever comes. done with best buy!!!

Compressor randomly turned off and on at strange unpredictable intervals starting about a year after we bought it. This made storing food in the refrigerator a gamble. I wouldn't recommend buying this brand for this reason. If you have to because of supply issues - make sure to buy the Geek Squad protection and, in my experience, be prepared to use it.

I bought this 6 months ago as an extra fridge. Sometimes the milk is frozen. Sometimes my "frozen" waffles are defrosted. I am currently hoping that the appliance turns on so that my entire freezer full of food doesn't go to waste. I'm going to contact the manufacturer to see if they can help in any way. I do NOT recommend this item. If you are looking for a 2nd fridge, pay a little more to get better quality. Very disappointed.
