Brand new and freezer does not work. The refrigerator seems to be of a decent quality.

Compressor randomly turned off and on at strange unpredictable intervals starting about a year after we bought it. This made storing food in the refrigerator a gamble. I wouldn't recommend buying this brand for this reason. If you have to because of supply issues - make sure to buy the Geek Squad protection and, in my experience, be prepared to use it.

Very dissatisfied with this fridge. Soon after installing fridge was freezing everything in it on medium setting. Reset to less coldest setting and interior temp was 30 degrees. A month in freezer was not freezing food. Lost all frozen food in it. Was set ad middle of temp range. Turned all the up to max setting and temp would only get done to around freezing but nothing inside would freeze.

By far, the worst refrigerator we ever purchased. Lasted less than 2 years with very little use. We kept it in the garage to keep drinks cold and used during the holidays to store extra food for guests. Should have gone with a quality brand like we have in the past. An expensive lesson!!!!

The fridge has a dent and some issues and I Have been calling no one wants to reply me.

I believe this is the 3rd time I had to ask to exchange the refrigerator. All of them have arrived scratched & damaged in some way. I really expected to receive a brand new Refrigerator, As I am sure you would expect as well.

I did not know this fridge has wire shelves and 1 less shelf on the door than my previous fridge. I returned this fridge.

Actually no stars would be it-tryin to get service since August and 2 no show appointments has left me speechless and annoyed-I want to return this refrigerator and it’s not returnable

I actually hate. My. Fridge it still makes. A moo sounds, that's annoying.

Product received was damaged and missing some parts. The situation has yet to remedied by Best Buy.

Freezer door does not operate smoothly, and repair crew says it is common problem for these refrigerators.

Every time I close the top door, the button door open by itself.

Refrigerator Installers damage thermostat and Best buy will not return my calls.

This refrigerator as delivered has many issues. It came with a cracked right crisper. I called the 800 number and was hung up on twice. I went into the store for assistance and was treated like a joke. The two sales persons were snickering with each other, and being rude in my face.

Unfortunately, this brand is of poor quality. I purchased a brand new insignia fridge from Best Buy, May 2021 and here we are in October 2022 and the fridge has stopped working ( freezer and fridge not getting cold). Best Buy and insignia are no help. Stay away from this brand.

It arrived scratched... and theirs a dent on the freezer door. Overall it is very spacious and works just fine.

It’s okay but I think I’d go for a more custom brand in refrigerators than this one

We have owned since March and this is the 2nd time it has stopped functioning. Refrigerator doesn’t cool and freezer doesn’t freeze. We now have to go purchase new food for our Super Bowl party the day of. We also had to put baby proof locks on the doors to keep them closed because the seals are garbage.
