Awful Refrigerator

Lasted less than 2 years with very little use. We kept it in the garage to keep drinks cold and used during the holidays to store extra food for guests. Should have gone with a quality brand like we have in the past. An expensive lesson!!!!

Soon after installing fridge was freezing everything in it on medium setting. Reset to less coldest setting and interior temp was 30 degrees. A month in freezer was not freezing food. Lost all frozen food in it. Was set ad middle of temp range. Turned all the up to max setting and temp would only get done to around freezing but nothing inside would freeze.

Service great, but products defective

All of them have arrived scratched & damaged in some way. I really expected to receive a brand new Refrigerator, As I am sure you would expect as well.

Poor brand!!! Stopped working after 1yr.

I purchased a brand new insignia fridge from Best Buy, May 2021 and here we are in October 2022 and the fridge has stopped working ( freezer and fridge not getting cold). Best Buy and insignia are no help. Stay away from this brand.

It came with a cracked right crisper. I called the 800 number and was hung up on twice. I went into the store for assistance and was treated like a joke. The two sales persons were snickering with each other, and being rude in my face.

Refrigerator doesn’t cool and freezer doesn’t freeze. We now have to go purchase new food for our Super Bowl party the day of. We also had to put baby proof locks on the doors to keep them closed because the seals are garbage.
