    1st delivery damaged and defective item. Had to exchange for a new one, 1 week delay.

    It arrived scratched... and theirs a dent on the freezer door. Overall it is very spacious and works just fine.

    has never worked correctly. To be fair to Insignia, the delivery guys dropped it off the truck. Freezes everything in the refrigerator and freezer is not cold enough.

    The refrigerator door does not close easy you have to make sure it is closed and often times it pops back open.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst appliance purchase experience of my life. FOUR scheduled deliveries over the past MONTH for this simple refrigerator—and between damaged fridges and no shows (after delaying business trip, work, and other appointments to stay at home and wait for the item), I STILL do not have my refrigerator.

    I received this product on a Monday. I plugged it in for the first time 4 days later and the fridge would not cool and freezer would not freeze. I called geek squad and they said it will be over 2 months until they can replace it. I understand products are faulty but 2 months is an excessive wait.

    This unit did not work- freezer maintained 35 degrees, fridge 55. Trying to contact BB directly after hours was TERRIBLE. There "chat" system really needs some work. Then BB wants another week to deliver a replacement- after they already removed a functioning unit. Not cool BB, not cool!

    The open item had a scratch on the side as expected from an open item but also did not have hardware for the door handles. I called the Aurora, Il store and you are on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes. Have had to call twice and both times was told the hardware would be mailed to me. Have waited over 3 weeks with no hardware.

    Bought a refrigerator that was not what I bought. Glad too!! This one has wire shelves, everything falls over like water bottles. Runs constantly and the sides are hot to the touch.

    Garbage!! Our 1985 fridge for soda and beer finally kicked it. We wanted a cheap fridge for the garage. Apparently they don’t insulate these things because it got so cold in the winter that cans were exploding. Probably destroyed over a 12 pack of diet Dr Pepper.

    only good part was the delivery team. i cant even go into detail right now without getting upset. worst experience i've ever had with a company. everyone had a different lie for me, just tell me you messed up. everyone messes up, not every one lies. i ordered march 9th, and received on april 5th

    Delivery of product was very forced by employee... left in street expecting a 60yr old female to bring it in the house on her own... not cool... took package off of item and item was scratched and dented...
