    When the fridge was off loaded from the truck and removed from the box, it was determined that both crisper drawers were cracked in the corners with gaping holes. The plan was to take the fridge and order new drawers, but as it turns out, drawers are not available separately, and drawers were in unusable condition.

    warranty is misleading

    Warranty is for one year but starts from date of purchase. Beware of this trick as date of delivery may be months later so your warranty is very short. Do not buy as you do not get notice of this until delivery and then in small print at end of booklet

    Doesn’t work properly. I waited to long to call so I’m out of luck. If you turn temperature up high enough for freezer to freeze the refrigerator also freezes. If you turn freezer down the freezer doesn’t kee food frozen. Lots of spoiled food!

    Freezer is not designed well

    Don't put anything like a frozen turkey in the fridge to thaw. it will raise the temperature of your freezer and thaw everything in your freezer out. This model has only one thermostat and it is in the refrigerator. I have a repairman coming to look at it but basically I was told this is not designed to thaw large objects - probably right.

    The installers couldn’t get it to level, so they had to put pieces of cardboard under it to keep it from rocking. The motor moaned, there was a dent in the door, and there was an issue with the seal on the freezer.

    Died 2 months after warranty ended

    Avoid this model! Fridge and freezer stopped cooling with sealed system failure two months after the warranty ended. Repair cost exceeds the original price.

    Delivery after 4th time. almost a month.

    Logistics of order was challenging finally delivered 2 refrigerators after 4th attempt due to delivery personnel ill preparedness. If Management want to improve, they should have a factual conversation with me.

    Condensation Issues

    I am not sure if this Refrigerator has a manufacturing defect, but we had to return the one we originally bought for a new one because there is a lot of condensation in the refrigerator causing my food to go bad.

    Best Buy sent me an offer on Open box refrigerator and when I purchased it, the guy David feels as if he is giving it for free out of his pocket. BestBuy shouls take it seriously and if they can't sell at lower price they should not offer it, if they offer they should not be unhappy

    This was a terrible design. The bars in the trays have such wide spacing that small jars can't stand up straight. The door height is so low that anyone over 5 feet tall will get a back ache from leaning over to take things in and out. We should have gone somewhere else.

    I got this one on sale and as soon as it was starting to function got extremely hot outside! I had to return it and exchange for another one in another brand. I don't recommend it.

    I had it for only a couple of months, and it already needed to be replaced due to it not being well built! Don't buy one, and you'll avoid the issues that I had!!

    Unfortunately this refrigerator made a moo sound right from the start when we got it. We had to exchange it for a different refrigerator. We couldn’t get the same refrigerator because someone else had also returned their black one for this reason.

    Broke in less than 2 years (stopped cooling), right after the 1-year warranty expired. Don’t buy this brand. It’s a piece of crap. We just wasted $585. Best Buy should not be selling this brand.
