    Very low quality! In less than a year the two lower bins has crack on it and the frame above them is broken to pieces! I don't recommend this refrigerator!

    Never got a replacement fridge when I was told I would after speaking to multiple members very disappointed with purchase

    8 months and its not working...will update if best buy or manufacturer does the right thing.

    I was very disappointed in my delivery..with my refrigerator it was broke when I received it; the handles were missing,and the item was sitfing in the warehouse for a couple of days before i was notificed that it was available for delivery.!

    Un even temperatures in the refrigerator. Bottom drawer broke after a year of use. Plastic is very thin and flimsy.

    Very bad delivery experience,we had a delivery on a thursday then our location was closed with no access ,i tried to reschedule they gave me a day that is after 50 days

    WAS CHARGE 2 TIMS FR REMOVEL. wAS OUT SIDE DRIVER FOR DELIVER AND TAKE AWAY. wANTED door's to open right to left, they would not do it! AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVISE.

    Im a older woman who lives alone .So minimum wear and tear on a refrigerator .This lasted less than 2 years .yep thing went completely out . Compressor bad .So im buying a new one . Not this brand .

    Worked for a month (new out of the box ) and then the motor went out, no repairs or exchanges till 3 months later, terrible fridge and terrible insurance sold to us, would not recommend this brand of refrigerator

    arrived as scheduled. within the hour of plugged in. this refrigerator did NOT Work. HOT to touch. only freezer work, bottom half NOT working. RETURNED ASAP.

    Fridge has a lot of cooling issues.. freezes too much .. then stops randomly . Then doesn’t cool at all.

    This fridge is way worse than the one we previously had. The fridge AND freezer don't get cold enough. The food I have in there goes bad twice as fast.

    I have own the fridge for less than a month and I already have Geek Squad repairing it. DoTherefrigerator compartment freezes at it lowest setting.

    Stoped working after 4 months . The side of the fridge overheats . Getting an replacement through the warranty is nearly impossible. Last insignia product I purchase !!

    Bought this refrigerator a few days after buying it the compressor went out. They brought me another one and it never cooled. Called customer service and got the run around about returning it.
