    Would not recommend this fridge, I've had trouble since it was delivered and keep getting the run around about it,it's scratched up and most of the time sounds like an angry bear growling.

    Missing front door cap, installing crew asked us to reach Insignia... long journey dialing 1-800's numbers to reach someone to helps us, to date...still not resolved our request...not satisfied.

    Awful. I was on the phone over an hour since the purchase is still under manufacturer warranty. The refrigerator is abnormally hot on the outside. I emailed Best Buy (Insignia). Don’t recommend at all!

    As of April 8th my refund for installation is still in progress.they didn’t install corectly this is October

    I got this for my garage and the fridge is only at 55° not cold enough to store any kind of food items. Will be returning it

    No bueno, had problems in first 2 weeks it turned the temp down by itself and side of refrigerator would get really hot, we sent back and got a different brand a lot better.

    I ordered 2 they both did the same thing with the temperature set on lowest setting in the fridge it froze my items in the fridge.

    Paid for removal no removal or installation. Old fridge in front yard now . Needs to be discarded Handles not put on fridge . Very disappointed with the service.

    First refrigerator failed completely and it had to be replaced. I hope the second one works. I lost a lot of food in the first freezer.

    I have a dent on the front door of the refrigerator, why didn't the delivery guys have me sign something or at least been left with bill of sale paper work.

    First day it was delivered I noticed sides were extremely hot and took 24 hours to cool down. This is happening every time the door stays open for couple of minutes.

    Arrived with dents all over the bottom. They offered 5 percent off - really? 25 off for a beat up fridge? Expect better service from Best Buy
