Awesome fridge. I just wish it had glass shelves instead of the metal ones.

We like the refrigerator very much and is large enough for our use.

This fridge was purchased brand new exactly 1 year and 3 months ago. Today the fridge is no longer cooling and the freezer is defrosting. The company's response is "Im sorry, it is older than 1 year. The warranty is for 1 year." So im left with the choice of either purchasing another new fridge after just over a year or hiring a service technician out of my own pocket to diagnose and hopefully fix the problem. There is no service manual and no troubleshooting guide for this item. The product is garbage. I will not purchase anything from this company again.

I love this refrigerator. It is not only affordable and reliable. The temperature of the refrigerator is great. It keeps things very cold as you need to buy adjusting the temperature.

Purchased insignia refrigerator in 2018. Still working as new!

We are currently on our 3rd refrigerator…1st one freezer door would open randomly, 2nd one was damaged by the back left wheel and would not level, 3rd one also has freezer door pops open issues…we are waiting on a $150 compensation and also still deciding if we will try to upgrade from this cheap model

Refrigerator/freezer good. Shelves are terrible. Unable to sit a bottle or can on the shelves without them tipping over. Is there a modification for this?

Does the job. Cant beat the price im aways looking for a deal on appliance for tenant's. About 18 cu seems to be best choice most readily avaible deals.

This is the worst. refrigerator. ever!!! I do NOT recommend, at all, for ANY reason. I gave it two stars only for its size and because the freezer works decently. As for the bottom half, garbage. Everything stays warm, which cause food to go bad. This is my second one, a replacement for the first which was doing the same thing. Not worth it. Steer clear. Go for Whirlpool if you're able.

I am so pleased with this new refrigerator, I had an old one for years, which stopped working. The Insignia keeps the right temperature for produce and freezer items, no mess, or leaky defrosting like old one. Plus, it improves my whole kitchen.

We ordered our refrigerator and received it for the following day. They were on time and unloaded and set it in place, removed the old refrigerator. Very quick, professional and this was the easiest online purchase I ever made.

The freezer freezes food and water. The refrigerator keeps food cold. This what they are supposed to do. Am I supposed to be super impressed?

The freezer is somewhat small and the top shelf of the refrigerator is minimized by the middle light console limiting storage.

Exceeded my expectations! Bought this basic fridge but it is WAY better than basic. Outside embossed surface is finger print proof, shelves are super sturdy and it’s Quiet!!!

Decent fridge for price.. wire shelves are terrible… not a ton of space…. But treat for a person on a budget that needs a fridge

I don't own this thing, I rent, but this thing was what my cheap landlord stuck me with when the last fridge died. There was absolutely NO thought put into the usability of this pathetic unit. First, the temperature control will never get you even close to 32 degrees in the fridge. If you are a fan of ice-cold beer, forget this one. Second, the interior design is NIL. There is no adjustment to the lower shelves that will allow a beverage can to stand upright. There is no placement that will allow you to place any jug of milk upright. The wire spacing of the shelves themselves make it difficult to impossible to set small bottles or beverage cans on them without having them tip over. Third, the freezer door is designed to stop it from closing completely. What they call the "upper door self locking block" will prop the freezer door open if you are not careful. This is, without a doubt, the dumbest "feature" I have ever seen on a home refrigerator. With the poor design and crappy controls, this thing is, by far, the worst fridge I have ever had to put up with.
