I bought an "open box" refrigerator that had one dent on the upper right hand corner of the freezer. When it arrived by delivery, the left side of the freezer door was dented in two places, and one of the refrigerator door trays was missing. I understand "open box" isn't perfect, but when I bought it, it was in a different condition. The delivery person took a few pictures.

Just received this frig today. The del'y guys were great! The frig is plugged in and cooling so I will be able to put stuff in it shortly.

I guess you get what you pay for. It was great in the beginning. Unfortunately before the 2 year mark it started to not keep my items frozen/refrigerator. Now we are looking for again. It good for about 1.5 years. We also realizeed if it gets too hot in the house the refrigerator gets hot. Weird...

I bought this refrigerator not even a year ago and it started acting up. Making a horrible noise from the freezer and then overheating on the sides of the appliance. I tried to speak to an Insignia representative to help out with it, and after a whole week of going back and forth, they ended up telling me to go to a shop that offers “honest costs” to repair my refrigerator. So what about the 1 year warranty? I have now to pay to repair a refrigerator that couldn’t even last a whole year, and Insignia just wants to wash their hands off. If I could give this product and company no stars, I could, Avoid yourself a massive headache and do not buy any Insignia products, they won’t abide by their own 1 year warranty policy and their products are obviously faulty from the get go.

Get the geek squad protection! Purchased Feb 2021. The freezer failed in less than a month. Replaced. The second one has failed in less than 10 months. It’s ridiculous to pay for something that doesn’t work for more than a year without an extra $150 protection plan.

You get what you pay for. We needed a new refrigerator for a rental property. If you're not careful about the butter section door....and the refrigerator door closes..........the butter dish door will snap right in half!!! We've had this fridge for about a month and it's already turning into garbage.

Placed in my rental. Have not had any complaints from my tenants.

Bought this refrigerator for the garage. Was delivered yesterday early morning (Saturday morning) and checked the thermometers Saturday night. The freezer is working great. However, the refrigerator is still reading 40 degrees. The refrigerator is NOT cold at all. The sides of the refrigerator are extremely hot as well. Also, the shelves are not sturdy. They are not the best quality. The LED light is not very bright. We were told this brand was great for the garage. If I could give this refrigerator ZERO stars, I would. Very unsatisfied customer! I will be calling Best Buy on Monday.
