Great fridge! Great delivery and set up! Fridge is right on for temps

My Dad purchased this fridge for me as a spare for my garage the end of August 2019. The fridge has been freezing up for the last 2 months and the freezer doesn't freeze. So far I have thrown out more food and drinks than I care to talk about and have cleaned up numerous explosions of drinks, melted freezer food, etc. Not happy with a refrigerator I've had for 3 months. Lots and lots of wasted money and time. Have tried to unplug, clean it all again, and let it thaw for a few days and start it up again. Happens every time.

The top door pops open when shutting the bottom door. The freezer often stops freezing. This all started happening soon after we got it. Frustrating.

Unit when finally delivered after 6 weeks was excellent !!!

I bought insignia refrigerator the big size. And after like 7 months it suddenly stopped completely, all the food inside got spoiled, the chicken and the meat, I threw all the food in the trash, because I called the company to fix it, but it is so weird that they said that they don’t have any one available till 15 days.I have three kids, and they need food and milk, but nobody care. They not only sell bad products but even they don’t fix it. It is summer and I have to wait for 15 days to fix this thing. No I definitely not recommend this brand.

Unit itself seems to work fine. Surprised that getting unit delivered is just that, expected the handles at least be on it. Good thing I didnt order it when I wasn't around. Major fail is the manual. Instructions to reverse door swing is totally wrong. Told to remove two bolts from bottom hinge, only problem is there are three and they are cheap tapered steel that were put on so tight the bottom one rounded off. Have to tilt unit about 45 degrees to get to it and there are two levelers, one of which goes through the bracket so it has to be removed also. No excuse for a product that they not only sell but manufacture. Will think twice about future purchases.

Cold and no frost or condensation!. Has lots of room in both frewzer and fridge.

Great 2nd refrigerator. Price is good and the quality is good.

If you need a cheap fridge to keep things cold then this does that but this is where the perks end. It is so loud and whiney that I am angry all the time due to lack of sleep from it waking me up every few hours when it runs. I cannot have a phone conversation next to the fridge as it is so loud that the whining is like a cow is dying in my kitchen. My nerves cannot handle the noise from this refrigerator.

Poor quality appliance. Delivery men stripped the screw posts for handles, making it very difficult to swap to other side, no Allen wrench was included (and it’s an odd size), holes on opposite side (to swap HW/door opening) were all drilled crooked. Fridge very noisy. Just delivered two days ago so not sure of how it works overall. Spend the extra money to get a quality fridge.
