    Dimensions are wrong!

    I ordered this to go in my basement. Measured everything. Product listing says Depth Without Door 27.19 inches. Even the box it came in said this. I had just over 28" so good to go. Delivery guys came, I removed the door at top of stairs and the hand rail. Only to find the fridge has a panel on the back extending an additional 1.5" that is not removeable and NOT in the product dimensions. So, I went through all of this for nothing - only to have delivery guys take it back. Complete pain for something that could have been prevented had LG provided the PROPER dimensions.

    The fridge does its job, which is cool. The refrigerator also makes all kinds of moaning noises throughout the day that can become extremely annoying. I want to get rid of this thing so badly because of how loud it is with the noises. Imagine peacefully relaxing in your apartment and you hear mooing nosies coming from the kitchen. Annoying AF.

    Broke after 15 months. The freezer will not freeze anything. Lost a ton of food. Stay away from this brand. I tried the power cycle suggestions on here, but it still doesn’t work.

    not too happy with my new fridge

    The bulb is very low, like a blueish color, looking into changing it. And the bottom shelf is where I keep the multiple gallons of milk and the shelf above it doesn't allow you to keep milk there, the milk is hard to get out. So I moved that one shelf up a notch but now I have about 4 inches from the top shelf. and the handles are hard to open the door I guess with time it will loosen up.

    I bought this fridge about a week ago. It makes horrible loud noises all the time. I can't get Geek Squad to come fix it. Spend more to get working appliances from a company that provides customer service.... don't buy here.

    Got what I paid for. Main complaint is doors don’t stay closed. If you shut the upper the lower pops open. You have to be aware and make sure they are closed.

    Good customer service is lacking

    First thing they dropped it off the dolly noticed why right away they had at the Box on the dolly wrong it says right on the box not put on the dolly that way. When I got it home I noticed it was dented and scratched. Management solution was for me to bring the refrigerator back . I live An hour away from Bestbuy. Freezer works better than the refrigerator refrigerator doesn't get that cold. Also when the power goes out it resets it to three which doesn't keep anything cold.

    Better buy the warranty!

    Well this fridge latest three years and died one week before the Hurricane Ian hit in Orlando. I guess I should have bought the 4 year warranty and not the two year warranty.

    You get what you pay for! Don`t waste your money.

    Bought it for my parents after their 67 yo Mc. Clary broke its handle. Needed a fridge quickly. Total piece of junk from China that lasted 17.5 mo. It had a one year warranty. Best Buy does not even have an after warranty service tech. company that can help me in this situation. As they say I got what I paid for. The price was cheap but I expected at least more years of service. It s circuit board failed like you need that much tech. in a fridge I am not taking it to the space station! Come On get real!!!

    I bought it on may 2019 and on November 2021 it stop working i pay 180 to fix it and it work for 5 months and it did the same thing what a wast of money

    I could not be more dissatisfied with this fridge

    From setting it up and moving my condiments into the fridge I didn’t like the setup of the shelves on the door to the wire racks that everything falls thru. Then there is no drawer for lunch meats and cheese. Then 2 months after buying it now the motor or something is so loud that you can’t even hear the TV in the next room without turning it up.

    Stopped working within 2 months

    This refrigerator stopped working within 2 months of purchase. It stopped right before having family over for Thanksgiving. They couldn't get a technician out until the following week. The technician said it had to be replaced. It has been almost a month and it has still not been replaced. I am not confident that it will be replaced by Christmas either. Then I have to hope that the new one works. Listen to the poor reviews of this item. Stay away from Insignia products.

    Arrived so dented had to cx order

    Due to the virus had issues with scheduling the delivery. Could not get throug via phone or website. Finally had to call the store and talk to a sales peson who I presured into helping me. IT finally got delivered only to be told the door was so dented they couldn't even open it. Had to cx the order. I live in a apartment and only have a dorm size refrigerator, with a tiny freezer, which means I have to go out more often to shop.. Very dissapointed. What in the world happend during delivery...they lost money....

    Stopped Cooling and Freezing After 4 Months

    I always enjoy Best Buy products. However, we bought this refrigerator on January 12, 2019, and it completely stopped cooling and freezing last night-- less that four months after purchase. I would be patient, but when I called for repair that is under warranty, I was informed that the first repair person to be available is May 2, 2019. One week's wait. I just threw away more than $50 in food. How can I recommend this product and service?

    Terrible product, worse customer service

    Do not buy any products from this company. From day 1, the freezer does not work as it does not keep cold enough resulting in throwing away food. We call to get addressed. Insignia told us that they do not have any repair person available for 4 months. 4 months!!! Dont waste your time or money on this company

    Purchased 10/2018. Bought 3 year warranty. It started leaking freon 1 week after warranty expired. These appliances should last longer than this!! Having Geek Squad out, but it will be over a week to get there.

    Doors do not close properly

    I have tried several times to speak to store manager to advise him of the problem. However I was told to call GeekSquad. After being on hold for 25min,45min I gave up. We bought the refrigerator from Best Buyer because they were usually very good about standing by their product. IT WOULD BE EXTREMELY HELPFUL IF SOMEONE WOULD CALL AND CORRECT THIS PROBLEM
