Great value for the money. We have had it for a year and a half, no problems. The only knock I have is the tray in the water dispenser is too narrow and shallow, and ice maker sometimes let's a stray ice cube fly out. Pretty much every fridge review I read before buying had these complaints.

The refrigerator is great. It is small enough to fit in smaller spaces, like our guest house kitchen. However, holds enough food like a standard refrigerator. Our only issue was when the Best Buy delivery service damaged our floor during delivery and just left.

I ended up ordering the wrong color when I originally placed my order which was for this black one so I had it exchanged out for white the color I really wanted from the beginning and Best Buy’s delivery was quick and easy both times I’m so happy with their service and the appliance as well it’s the perfect sized apartment refrigerator

This is my first Best Buy brand, Insignia, appliance and I really like it so far. This is a great size extra fridge for my garage. The reason it didn't get 5 stars is I didn't realize it wasn't on casters like my high end kitchen fridge so it's not as easy to move. Only had a month, so far, so good.

Everything works as expected, it's a simple fridge, but I do have one issue. If you open the door, shut it and go to open it again right away, the seal formed is near impossible to wrestle open. If you aren't expecting it, it causes the fridge to lurch forward and potentially scratch the floor.

Reasonable price. Quick delivery. Frig works great. So far so good.

I purchased this Insignia refrigerator to replace my garage refrigerator that finally broke down after 12 years. This refrigerator is a great value for the price. Perfect for a garage fridge, a dorm room or break room or for your first apartment. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

I bought this refrigerator on sale for a great price and I also wanted it in black to match my updated kitchen. It fits perfect not too big and not too small. I think it has more storage than a side by side door model and it keeps everything at the right temperature. Works great no issues.

We purchased the Insignia 18.1 Cu Ft Top Freezer Refrigerator and placed it in our Garage. This is a very nice looking Refrigerator, It provides additional freezer space for us and refrigerator overflow. My wife love it. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a refrigerator, either primary or overflow. Ir runs very quite and keepes everything just right.

Our French Door fridge died, and with no one able to do an install of anything with water dispenser and ice maker, had to go the old fashioned route. So far it's been working well - will put in the garage for backup/ beer fridge once able to get a bigger one installed.

Affordable and big I would recommend if your looking for something good and affordable

Was exactly what we though it was. Has alot of storage space. The only negative is that the refrigerator doesn't have a light inside. We purchased this one for the garage, and that would of been a nice feature to have. The Sales Associate at Best Buy was knowledgeable and very helpful. Would recommend purchasing other appliances from Best Buy.

Great standard size fridge for a great price! Bought this for our new satellite office, actually way more space then we needed, but considering it cost the same as refrigerators half the size! Can’t beat that. Tons of room both in the fridge and freezer. Super simple installation and setup.

I recently purchased this model and after having it for a few days I have no major complaints about it. I guess all refrigerators make weird noises at all times of the day. This model doesn't have an ice maker but acts and sounds like it does.

Good fridge for the price. Good shelving and enough storage for 2 people

Needed a second refrigerator as the main one was starting to show problems. This one was not that expensive and looked good quality. Ordered online for in store pickup as delivery was few days out. Pick up was ready in 2 days and I was able to load it in my minivan and haul it home. Was easy to unpack and attach the door handles. Overall so far so good.

I was looking for a good low cost refrigerator replacement for one I had for many years. This one is great. Just the right size and price. It works great and runs very quiet. Very good temperature control. It’s nice looking inside and out. I’m very pleased. And the delivery and installation was great too. Will definitely buy again.
