It is just what I needed...the right capacity and the right price. Delivery was at the time indicated. Removal of the old frig was also done. One issue...the handles were put on upside down...ooops.

Nice little fridge for a small apartment runs great

We bought this refrigerator because our expensive fridge died on us. We keep this one in the garage for a back up and it's been great so far. Does exactly what we need it to do and the price was excellent.

The refrigerator works as expected. It was purchased for additional storage. The only draw back is that you need to make sure the door shuts completely when done. Otherwise no complaints.

So far so good. Purchased as a replacement garage fridge in summer and its going strong. Replaced a 27 Year old Kenmore refrigerator (which was still functional) so we will see if it lasts as long. Caveats are the wire shelves (they charge a premium for glass shelves which you can't buy separately) which i might have to line with shelf liner to make them more useful and the freezer feels smaller vs other 18.1cu ft models I have had. Door shelves are not all adjustable but as this is a base model i don't expect fanciness.

Seems like a solid buy. Cheap, basic, and worked out of the box. Free delivery to 2nd floor, slid old one out and put the new one in place. Pretty good for under $500 as a income property fridge.

It’s bigger in space than it looks plus works great.

This fridge was a life saver since our in house fridge with GE was back ordered until after Christmas and we were having our Family Christmas in our new home. Great size and it is working out well for us. We now have this in our garage and so far no issues with it.

We got this as a very basic and cost-effective fridge for the garage. We started at the Sears Outlet, but this was a much better deal at the Best Buy Outlet. The fridge is brand new with no visible damage and at least $150 less than the dent and scratch as Sears. Best part was we took it home that night.

Nice Refrigerator for our rental...good size and price

Keeps things cold. Pretty quiet, but makes some interesting noises. It doesn't keep me awake. I don't like the wire shelves or the shelf arrangement on the inner door, but nothing I can't live with.

I needed a fridge and this fit my budget. The shelves are adjustable on the door and inside the fridge. It came with temp controls already set right out the box. Cooled in less than 2 hours. For a basic fridge this is great. It’s quiet. Roomy inside. Has a great tight seal around the fridge and freezer door. Only thing I wish it had was a deli drawer.

Just needed a refrigerator to give me added capacity for parties and holidays. I didn't need any bells and whistles like an ice maker. This one fit the bill. It gives me enough room to keep several cases of beer along with several party trays cold. The freezer allows me to stock up on steaks and roasts when they're on sale.

Insignia refrigerator works fine. Shipping was slow - but was as agreed. Delivery was on time and communication about delivery was good. Unit makes some strange noises sometimes but it is not loud. No problems.

good refrig for the money one fault is the bottom or top door opens when you close the corresponding door so you press close both doors even if you are using only one compartment

I purchased this for my elderly mother. I never purchased the Insignia brand. I have to admit I was beyond happy with the purchase. It has a lot of space and is brightly lit with LED lights. The freezer compartment is very spacious as well. I would highly recommend this refrigerator and the Insignia brand.
