It was going to be the same price to fix my old refrigerator with no guarantee that it could be fixed as it was to buy this refrigerator. I bought this refrigerator. It has been a great purchase so far.

Works well and has room. Only dislike is there needs to be one more shelf slot as I'm not too fond of how I had to line up the shelves. But its working fine.

Love this fridge omg i needed new one old Kenmore went out this fridge is so different from the ones ive had before its spacious asf excuse my French an the fact the shelves arent glass yasss less to clean lol

I purchased this refrigerator for my garage. The refrigerator does the job but it is loud. The refrigerator also came with major dents in the front door. The damage came from the manufacturer because the box didn’t have any damage. I will exchange for another as Best Buy was very helpful and understanding that I needed the refrigerator immediately and they will exchange at my convenience for the inconvenience

Very good priced spare refrigerator. Sales person Garett was very helpful, and went with whole process of ordering with great patience and no pressure at all. Installer provided good and prompt service.

Good basic refrigerator. Wish doors had better seal as shutting can sometimes open the other a little and loose seal

The top freezer refrigerator is wonderful. It's spacious and I like the lighting in the inside. Easy to wipe down with soap and water. Storage bins in the bottom are great for fruits and vegetables. It's very nice.

Great refrigerator! Perfect for my small kitchen. It's an uncomplicated appliance - I didn't want tons of features - it does it's job perfectly for me.

Bought this refrigerator recently. It looks great and works well. Plenty of room for everything we need. Not the biggest but works for us. Overall a great fridge at a great price. Delivery and set up by Best Buy was awesome as well.

Overall the size is good. Came with some dents on the outs side. So far it is working well.

This refrigerator is wonderful. It came looking just like the pictures! The delivery guys were so good, they took the old one and replaced it with the new one, didn't hit anything! I would recommend them to anyone.

Works great so far! Less then a month and it’s really good. It’s in the garage and don’t know if it’s noisy but I haven’t heard it when I’m out there. Also a lot of space for a smaller full size fridge.

My review has nothing to do with the fridge and everything to do with the customer service or lack there of. I bought this fridge on 10/19/20 and it was delivered on 10/23/20. Upon opening the box, it was clear that the hardware required to attach the handles was not in the package. Specifically, I was missing 4 philips head screws and the Allen wrench (the Allen wrench screws are a weird size, so my universal set doesn’t work). After contacting Insignia on 10/23, they resent the handles which arrived today, but still no hardware. I just spent an hour a half on the phone between both Insignia and Best Buy and was transferred 9 times (insignia customer sevice, Best Buy customer sevice, Best Buy appliances, back to Insignia, back to Best Buy appliance, the “parts store” and a few folks who I failed to catch where exactly they fit). My call dropped during a 10th Transfer. At this point, I don’t even care about the handles. The fridge works and I can open from the side. But it’s clear to me how little Best Buy cares about customer service. As a card holder for over a decade who has been loyal and spent thousands of dollars (and have a tech subscription), I think this is the final straw. Best Buy used to excel in customer service. I sincerely hope someone from the company reads this and proves that they still do. Would love those screws though...

Seems to be meeting all our needs as we use it for storage in our garage. Our larger frig in house does not always accommodate our large purchases; helps with overflow. Perfect solution. So glad we purchased it!!!

We looked at a lot of refrigerators--Lowes, Home Depot and others. This refrigerator was the best size and value for us. Best Buy delivered it to us within 2 days at no cost. Very happy with the refrigerator and Best Buy.

I ordered this fridge for the garage. It fits perfectly in the space and creates extra room to keep drinks and things closed with 3 growing boys!
