Very good priced spare refrigerator. Sales person Garett was very helpful, and went with whole process of ordering with great patience and no pressure at all. Installer provided good and prompt service.

I purchased this refrigerator for my garage. The refrigerator does the job but it is loud. The refrigerator also came with major dents in the front door. The damage came from the manufacturer because the box didn’t have any damage. I will exchange for another as Best Buy was very helpful and understanding that I needed the refrigerator immediately and they will exchange at my convenience for the inconvenience

This refrigerator is wonderful. It came looking just like the pictures! The delivery guys were so good, they took the old one and replaced it with the new one, didn't hit anything! I would recommend them to anyone.

It was a good deal. Worth it for the price. It would have been better if I could get black colors with the same price

Seems to be meeting all our needs as we use it for storage in our garage. Our larger frig in house does not always accommodate our large purchases; helps with overflow. Perfect solution. So glad we purchased it!!!

I've had this fridge for a couple weeks and love it. It keeps our drinks very cold. I bought it for our garage fridge, but it works better than the fridge we have in our kitchen that we paid close to $2,000.00 for. Very happy with this purchase.

Refrigerator is perfect for our home. We like the wire shelves. Makes for easy clean up. It does make a when running kinda sounds like a donkey. Not really loud. Works perfect.

My review has nothing to do with the fridge and everything to do with the customer service or lack there of. I bought this fridge on 10/19/20 and it was delivered on 10/23/20. Upon opening the box, it was clear that the hardware required to attach the handles was not in the package. Specifically, I was missing 4 philips head screws and the Allen wrench (the Allen wrench screws are a weird size, so my universal set doesn’t work). After contacting Insignia on 10/23, they resent the handles which arrived today, but still no hardware. I just spent an hour a half on the phone between both Insignia and Best Buy and was transferred 9 times (insignia customer sevice, Best Buy customer sevice, Best Buy appliances, back to Insignia, back to Best Buy appliance, the “parts store” and a few folks who I failed to catch where exactly they fit). My call dropped during a 10th Transfer. At this point, I don’t even care about the handles. The fridge works and I can open from the side. But it’s clear to me how little Best Buy cares about customer service. As a card holder for over a decade who has been loyal and spent thousands of dollars (and have a tech subscription), I think this is the final straw. Best Buy used to excel in customer service. I sincerely hope someone from the company reads this and proves that they still do. Would love those screws though...

I've had no problems with this fridge. It has kept food cold in fridge and freezer portions without issue. For me it has plenty of room with some to spare.

Works great so far! Less then a month and it’s really good. It’s in the garage and don’t know if it’s noisy but I haven’t heard it when I’m out there. Also a lot of space for a smaller full size fridge.

Makes weird noises , works good , purchased a open box , must be why people before brought back

I bought this refrigerator for the purposes of keeping it in our garage and it is exactly what we were looking for! Perfect size and great to have as extra space, especially when entertaining. Highly recommend!

The fridge is big and has lots of space just what I was looking for. So far I have no issues with this fridge. Is quiet and it looks good.

This refrigerator has been great. It is quiet and has no problem cooling off a large addition like a case a beverage before the big party/game. The delivery was excellent. They gave several reminders and arrived on time.

Good basic refrigerator. Wish doors had better seal as shutting can sometimes open the other a little and loose seal

Great fridge, definitely recommend it. Very roomy, keeps things cold/frozen, and allows for just about all condiments and then some to be stored in the door of the fridge allowing for more shelf room.

It does its job, which is the minimum needed. Coldness is great, freezer is great. Only thing is I wish either the bars on the inner shelves were closer together, or I wish they were made of a smooth, solid surface so that it's easier to store smaller items. I also wish the shelf spacing was different, as it's hard to get nicely spaced shelving in this fridge. Other than these items, I feel I got a fair deal for the price.

It’s a fridge. It does what it’s supposed to. The only thing I don’t like is the random noise it makes. Overall nice quality and roomy
