We were looking for a quiet refrigerator and after many trips to stores to look, we tried Best Buy. The Insignia is their house brand. It is quiet, cold and wonderful. Highly recommended.

We had our main refrigerator go out at the house and I needed to pick one up quickly. This fridge is a basic refrigerator with no bells or whistles, but it works great and has plenty of storage.

I ordered it online and the specifications and description were spot on. Delivery guys were awesome, and most importantly, my refrigerator is the perfect size for my kitchen and runs so well.

I warn you, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRIDGE! I know how important a refrigerator is for someone’s family. I know how much a full fridge can cost at the grocery store because I just went shopping and spent $200 on groceries that I have to throw away now. I have no idea where these five star reviews come from, but listen to the one star reviews. EVERYTHING THE ONE STAR REVIEWS HAVE SAID HAS BEEN TRUE FOR MY PURCHASE! My refrigerator is on the coldest setting, the temperature inside is in the high 60s at the moment, occasionally it will dip down into the low 50s but I need a refrigerator they can reliably refrigerate for the safety of my family and protecting my hard earned food money! There are other problems also, whoever designed this fridge did a very poor job, none of the shelves are tall enough for a gallon of milk or a large container of orange juice, you can move the shelf once but by doing that it makes the other shelf so small that you can’t even get a can of soda on it. Oh and the problem everybody’s talking about with the seals is very real. Whenever you close the refrigerator door no matter how gently the freezer door pops open, EVERY SINGLE TIME! I’ve never bought appliances from Best Buy, I very much doubt I will again, especially not anything “insignia” brand. My fridge arrived yesterday morning and you better believe I’m gonna be at Best Buy to return this. I’m not accepting another one of these garbage fridges as a replacement, I don’t have the time or money to waste on spoiled groceries. So now it’s another trip to the store, I’m sure I’m gonna have to shell out more money, and take another day off work to accept delivery of a new fridge! Back to square one. Somebody at Best Buy needs to put the brakes on this garbage and discontinue selling these refrigerators so that other families are not burden with the waist and loss of money that me and so many others have experienced!
