This refrigerator is a perfect size and is larger than it appears. A good value! Never a problem with Insignia.

The fridge works like it should, overall I’m happy. The only issue was we had to wait an extra week and then some for a new fridge because when they first came to deliver it they took it out of the box and there was damage to the bottom of the fridge making it not operational. Other than that it works like it should.

The refrigerator is roomy and seems to work well. The door shelves are wide enough to accommodate milk and juice bottles.

It was batter than I expected. Refrigeration equal throughout was even. Fits nicely into space. Plenty of space for my needs.

This was purchased as a gift for a staff lounge. Their old appliances were broken down and stained. This is a bright white clean and exciting upgrade for them!

HATE this fridge so much. Design is HIGHLY flawed. This is the extra fridge for the garage so I really wasn't picky. I just need it for the meat for the week, extra jugs of milk & OJ from the warehouse club, and to keep individual drinks from cluttering up the main kitchen fridge. I figured I'd save a little vs buying the name brand. Whether or not the fridge closes is temperamental so I had to put kid locks on it to ensure it's closed and stays that way. Shelves are stupidly spaced that things like jugs of milk or cartons of OJ are too tall for the bottom shelf. If you raise it about 6-8 inches to the next notch you will basically lose an entire fridge shelf unless you have items that are about 4 inches tall. All of the milk / juice / pint cartons need to be on the door. Because of the placement of the deeper door shelf that is designed for milk jugs the bottom interior shelf can only be about 3/4 of the way out to the edge or the door will not close. The deeper door shelf is above a slimmer shelf which you cannot see the contents of without really bending down. Then the deeper milk jug shelf cracked after 4 months from holding the 3 gallons of milk it was clearly designed for. So now if you put anything on it, it will sag just enough to keep you from closing the door. And remember can't put the milk on the bottom shelf because there's not enough vertical clearance and can't fill it out to the edge. The fridge still has the original tape in some places and I'm seriously considering ridding myself of it and buying something else. If you only have $500 to spend on a fridge then it does the basics it's supposed to. If you can, go with something else.

I bought this Best Buy brand fridge as a second fridge in my garage. It is bigger than expected. Has been perfect. Excellent value for the price paid.

The swevice was exceptional to begin with and you know that is a Must! The fridge works gret cooled quickly and It is it not pricy for a good fridge!!

This was a replacement for the same model that I purchased a year earlier for a rental property that I have. The tenant complained that the first one was making a loud noise. The parts to fix it were not available so Best Buy offered to give me another one to satisfy the warranty.

Great fridge! Just what I needed since old one stopped working. It quickly cools down!

Install was complete after two trips. The handle needed reordered and second trip. The water line I purchased through BB was not the right size fitting on the water supply side. I thought BB would bring the fitting but was not part of service. I understand but would have been nice to complete the water line install.
