Refrigerator does not cool food

I had it on the highest setting and it still had condensation on my meats and vegetables. I went and ahead and returned it for an exchange and the same thing happened. I would not buy this until Inginia works out whatever is going on with the product. Note, the freezer worked great - it was the refrigerator portion that did not cool.

Arrived/delivered slightly dented on both sides. Delivery people didn’t bother to mention dents to my spouse. Figuring I’d dent it myself working in the garage, I’m letting Best Buy get away with it.

The water line I purchased through BB was not the right size fitting on the water supply side. I thought BB would bring the fitting but was not part of service. I understand but would have been nice to complete the water line install.
