Nice Basic Refrigerator

I really wanted to like this frig

But the purchase was problematic from the start. When delivered, the tech said there was no water line in this frig so we could not add an ice maker. Several calls later and we were able to get verification that there is indeed a water line and order an ice maker. Appt scheduled for delivery and installation. Tech calls after we have waited 5 hrs and tells us he can DELIVER the ice maker but he does not know how to INSTALL it. More phone calls and new appt. Ice maker is installed. We waited until after the installation to change the swing of the door to the opposite side. One hole is missing screw threads and the doors do not align properly. More phone calls and another appointment only to be told it can't be fixed! Not a good experience.
