    Nice refrigerator/freezer. Once it arrived I realized I wish it had handles on the front. It's a bit clumsy to open the doors.

    The reason I am giving this 2 stars is that the left hand door hinge that was supposed to be included with the accessory pack was missing. I called and it is backordered. How would this get backordered as you wouldn’t really order this separately since it was supposed to come with the fridge. I was advised to call back about a week later to order it. They couldn’t do it then??? I called back a week later and they ordered it. Hasn’t arrived yet (almost 2 weeks from my last call). Feels like false advertising to say this fridge door can be switched to the opposite side if the required part isn’t included as it should have been.

    THIS WAS THE 3RD DELIVERED, BUT IT WAS A MATTER OF A DAMAGED INNER DRAWER ON #1, CRUSHED, BOX, NEVER MADE IT TO THE HOUSE #2. GOOD OLD BEST BUY #3 DELIVERED SEEMS PERFECT. THEY KEPT AFTER IT TO SEE THAT WE WERE SATISIFIED; THEREFORE GOOD, NOT PERFECT
