The Top door needs a handle because the door is too heavy and difficult to open as it is suctioned onto the refrigerator. You must apply force to pull the door and if you are short then you will be forced to reach all the way to the top left corner to open it which can be taxing on your body and quite painful. After a while of doing this repetitive forceful motion it will put a toll on your shoulder and on your wrist and hand. You can also try opening it from the bottom or from the sides but it is very difficult because it's suctioned onto the front of the fridge and after a while it will start putting a toll on your fingers too and wrist. I would only recommend this refrigerator for a tall person who has no shoulder elbow wrist or finger issues, no arthritis no tendonitis no issues whatsoever but the constant opening of the door will cause repetitive strain injuries and soreness. If you can figure out how to install a handle on the door then it wouldn't be so bad. I decided to go with one that has door handles. The bottom drawer is very easy to open, the inside is very spacious both in the top and bottom. The other thing I noticed about this refrigerator is that it can get a bit loud at times

Typical service these days. I wasn't about to repackage it and go all the way back down to return it. My time is $100 dollars and hour plus gas to teturn it. You think they would take that off the proce? I highly dought it.

It arrived with a few scratches on it so I contacted BB a few times. It does sound like a calf, at times. I also hear water falling in it a few times a day. Some items placed in bins were frozen so I adjusted temp. Not sure if that will help in future. Temp is at bottom setting so I hope it works. Lost 2 bins over my old fridge but like the bottom freezer a lot so that makes up for it. If you can afford an actual name brand, I'd get that.
