Not many things fit in this fridge, and the freezer is small too. Overall the firdge is ok.

Customer service is awful. So Home Depot help me and found the part and gave it to me for free. Would not by again. Or not from Best Buy.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.BE SURE TO CAREFULLY INSPECT FOR DAMAGE ANYTHING DELIVERED BY BB!!! Unfortunately mine arrived damaged, and I only subtracted one star for that. Otherwise the fridge itself is ALMOST a 4/5. This is the second fridge I have had delivered by BB and both had damage to the bottom rear corners— from shipping, I presume. Luckily this one was only cosmetic. BB offered me a $150 credit. No one will ever see the dent on the bottom so I took the credit rather than the headache of a return/exchange of a large appliance. I’ve had the fridge for about three weeks now. PROS: 1. Actually quite a bit more spacious than it seems and fits a lot. Roomy, good lighting. Freezer space and design much more functional and accessible than my old fridge. 2. It’s surprisingly quiet yet does make some odd little noises likely when cooling from time to time but nothing loud (my standalone water dispenser makes way more noise than this fridge). 3. Fridge and freezer temps seem to be good and stable so far. CONS: 1. Handle indents are poorly located. There should be one on the side of the door. Without a side “handle”, one must reach underneath fridge door or all the way on top of door, and that one isn’t even really a molded handle. Kind of counterintuitive, at least for me. I prefer an exterior handle. 2. It does NOT close automatically (although fridge is indeed level). My old fridge closed so nicely without having to manually push the door closed. This one will just stay open. Not convenient and takes getting used to. I’ve walked away from it at a few times so far out of habit, only to hear the alarm go off eventually (“what the heck is that noise?” LOL). 3. I personally would like more flexibility for shelf height adjustments in fridge. There is only one additional option for one shelf. 4. Temp adjustments are not simple nor intuitive. Have to learn that in the manual to have any idea what the heck. Instructions should be visible by the icons IN the fridge, not just in the manual. Although not superior quality, it’s overall a decent purchase and product, especially with the credited discount I received. Comparatively speaking, the value is pretty good for the price.
