The lighting is clearly poor, leaving most spaces in the dark. It was delivered with saggies on the door, so visable that I requested exchange. The second delivery had the same imperfections that I have to live with now because I could not afford another exchange.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The refrigerator arrived with the dents courtesy of the third-party contractor who delivers for Best Buy seeing it as it is their policy to remove the appliance from the box before even entering into the home in my case I live in a New York City apartment building, so the refrigerator was exposed on the sidewalk and then coming into a multi dwelling building up several flights of stairs.

The Refrigerator is great, but since the ice maker is an add-on no one locally from Best Buy can properly install it. Every time we close the door the ice maker shoots water which causes the freezer to frost up. Best Buy keeps sending new ice makers instead of a technician to tighten the loose connection causing the leak. They say they have no one qualified to repait it.
