The door came dented and all they would offer is a $150 gift card. I fought it and they said they would replace the door or the fridge. Said replace the door because the fridge is full now. Then to find out they can not order just the door. On top of that the delivery people scratched my $800 wooden front door. It has been 20 days and that claim is still not settled. Just getting the run around on who to contact. Zero help at all. I will never shop at Best Buy again. Horrible customer service.

Then it broke down in a year and a half and is unrepairable. Never again will I buy from Best Buy!
