    I purchased this item with hopes of replacing my Samsung refrigerator. This has got to be the biggest mistake ever! This thing sounds like it’s gulping water from the ocean. It’s super loud and aggressive every time you close the door. The door shelf is broken and won’t stay in the slot. I called them about this and nobody showed for the repair appt. I’m stuck with a loud damaged purchase. I reported them to the BBB for not sending someone to repair or replace this thing as well as nobody ever called to reschedule the no show appt. I’ve called several times since the delivery and no one has come to check. SAVE YOUR MONEY! GET A DIFFERENT BRAND! BEST BUY DOESN’T CARE AFTER THEY DELIVER THIS TRASH TO YOU!
