Dishonest

They didn't include a part necessary to change the door, had to wait for them to come out to address it, and found out they no longer produce the part, at all. Of course by the time they told us that, it was past the return period and now they want to exchange it even though it still won't have the part I need!

Don't get this if you want an ice maker in it.

Once it builds up ice, and you pull out the drawer, the ice in the container gets knocked down from the 2 little screws and then needs to be installed again and again.. Then, you cannot close it at all.No thanks...

Cheap inside plastic

Wrong item

Went into best buy on black friday spoke with a best buy agent notified him i wanted a frig that had a ice maker i asked him several times to make sure it did. He assured me. They delivered, the delivery guys notified me this did not come with one that the ice maker comes separate that i should call best buy, i called on hold, 30 min lady notified me she could either replace whole frig or send icemaker but i have to call back after 24 hours for delivery. Called back on 54 min spoke with gentlman he notified me this did not come with ice maker but he can have a new one there by march. Called today a lady kept me on hold for 45 min she notified she couldn’t help me a manager would call me back. They didn’t. Messaged Best Buy they said they couldnt help me

Worst Customer Service Ever

Even though installation was purchased the installers left with the fridge not level. The next time the installers came out they didn't speak one word of English so had no idea what to do. Through sign language we made it clear it was not level. They had no level. How do appliance installers not have a level. Talking to customer service is a joke. Best Buy has no US customer service agents, even at the management level. So 8 weeks later the fridge is still not level. Do not buy any high priced items from these clowns.

Disappointed in your service

They don’t clean your dishes whirlpool the refrigerator took back out of here Monday. I had to takeoff work and they tell me they be back Saturday now all of a sudden I got they got rescheduled me. They don’t compensate you. They they have people that don’t serve you the correct service. I have kids young kids. They need to eat food gone bad medicine gone bad then I give you cash but y’all wanna give me a check or Best Buy gift card why would I take a gift card disappointed in your service I’m really frustrated and frustrated off. I’m still found a refrigerator and I’m still with without the washer and dryer in the dishwasher is not getting none of my dishes clean and the stove is smoking.

Who needs an undamaged product anyways?

We purchased the fridge in store and brought it home. Because of the 40 minute drive we decided it would be best to lay it down in the truck. The fridge sustained absolutely no damage from this, but we had to leave it sitting up for 48 hours before plugging it in. We brought the new fridge in, took the packaging off and boom. Massive dent. Called bestbuy and they scheduled a replacement for a month later. Not ideal being one of us has to take off work to be there, but hey, at least they're fixing the issue. Fast forward to the delivery date. The new fridge? Also has a big ol dent in it. Why swap out one dented fridge for another dented fridge? Right? Its now 5 days, 3 alleged "escalations", 3 promises of a call back, 5 phone calls later, and we have absolutely no answers.

I spoke with a representative who offered me $200 at the time of delivery to keep the refrigerator. I accepted this offer. I called back two weeks later and was told I would get a gift card in in 7 to 15 days. I followed up 23 business days later and was told that I am not getting the gift card but instead would get another refrigerator. I already installed an ice maker and just want the credit at this point. I told them the drivers will need to wait while I uninstall and reinstall the ice maker. This should take a few hours. I can't believe they won't honor the original offer.

Broken temperature adjuster

Warm food No ICE CREAM :)

Everything is barely edible. We still use the old fridge 20 yrs old in the garage if and will be replacing this one.
