    The fridge might be fine. But the hinge reversal kit is missing a part needed to switch the side it opens. In their stupidity, Best Buy sent another fridge rather than the missing $10 part. The second unit was missing the same part. They finally agreed to send the missing part and that has not shown up when promised. I like working with the people in the store but the follow-up execution is ridiculous.

    You get what you pay for. From the first day that I got this refrigerator, it started making the strangest gurgling sounds. It sounds like it has running water inside of it when it does not. It does not keep food cold enough. Produce goes bad extremely fast compared to my old Samsung fridge. The freezer door does not glide properly. It gets stuck slightly open and food can spoil easily.

    Get a thermometer, won't stay under 40 degrees

    Put a digital thermometer in it and the fridge was 37-39 degrees as long as the room was 40 degrees. Now that the room is 60 degrees, fridge won't go under 40 even on the highest setting.

    Sucks didn’t come with ice maker, ordered ice maker for it. Received the wrong one, customer service is a huge, just a big circle. On hold forever! I have purchased tvs, a stove, washer and dryer and now this fridge! Don’t go to Best Buy again!!!!!!!!!!!! S

    First delivery was damaged, so they didn't install it. Second delivery, they didn't bring the fridge. They came to install a fridge that they never delivered. So I still don't have a fridge. Crazy that they're now asking me to review an item I still haven't received. Waiting for a 3rd attempt, but if that one goes wrong I'm done with Best Buy forever.

    Poor service from delivery to customer service.received damaged refrigerator delivery people didn't even give me a chance to look it over waited a couple days for an exchange they never came.customer service said they didn't show any record for an exchange.had to wait for more days to get a undamaged refrigerator 3 days wasted to get a undamaged refrigerator and no I'm sorry customer service is a thing of the past at Best Buy

    This fridge is so quiet, lots of room, love the adjustable shelf, and the freezer on the bottom is so 'cool'. it is very stylish without handles, all you see is a beautiful front of 'shiny.' I make sure I remove all fingerprints in the evening, as I want to be welcomed each morning with a beautiful and most loved new addition to our family. The price was good, but the quality is outstanding. Thank you, hope to love it many years.

    I like the refrigerator. I purchased the ice maker with installation. 5 sets of technicians have been to my home in 3 weeks and none of them have been able to install the ice maker. This type of customer service in unacceptable. This is a Best Buy product, and they can not install it.

    We ordered 2 of these online and both were defective with a very thin refrigerator wall. the rear corners where the shelves slide in had no material and the insulation was exposed. the online ordering process is the seventh level of Dantes Inferno. NEVER AGAIN. stupid text order confirmation etc, terrible.

    Only opens one way, extra $ to reverse direction

    This fridge opened the wrong way for me. Instead of having a kit to switch the direction, which my contractor told me is industry standard, you have to pay extra for someone to come out with the kit. After an hour + on the phone to attempting to schedule this unexpected charge, payment failed and rep disconnected. Tried to use chat to resolve, and rep said they couldn't schedule it. Didn't have hours to try to get back on the phone with a rep. Can barely access my fridge.

    The Insignia - 18.6 cu. ft. bottom freezer refrigerator -stainless steel was delivered with a defected horizontal hinge. As a result of the defect the refrigerator door would not close ALL THE WAY. Because of the defect a new refrigerator is coming in its place. Will update this post later.

    I loved this refrigerator. But it only lasted a little over a year. It started tripping the circuit breaker after a year and 1 month. If it wouldn’t have been doing that. We would have kept it. But had to get something more reliable.

    For the second week in a row now my fridge was delivered damaged. Does Best Buy not have any quality control to check and see if their products are being shipped damaged? It takes 2 minutes to inspect a unit prior to delivering to make sure it is OK, Ill try one more time but if the next unit is delivered damaged I'll have to get a refund a go somewhere else.

    This refrigerator has the loud annoying sound of liquid rushing through it. The left and right sides get so hot that we have to make sure our granddaughter does not go near this Insignia refrigerator we bought from Best Buy.
