    I received a defective piece, and they delivered the replacement which had the exact same problem ! So, I refused the delivery. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the transaction to stop the 3rd delivery. Worst experience ever.

    I would nvere ever buy anything again from Best Buy. After almost a month ive been lied to 3 times and still do not hav a new shelf for on my door that cam broke. You are terrible people to deal with

    Do not buy insignia products the control board goes out within a year and replacement parts are hard to require

    I am currently out of the country, but the refrigerator is faulty. The freezer only goes to around 30 degrees, while vegetables freeze in the fridge

    This is a great fridge and a great value. It’s a Midea model we tried to buy at Lowes but was no longer available there. Midea makes quality stuff. Love our Midea dishwasher. BUT Lowes quit carrying it, so we bought it at Best Buy where it was labeled under their “Insignia” brand. Same exact model. And using a Midea ice maker kit was a dead giveaway. I have to say this was my first experience buying from Best Buy in a long time and it was a very good one. Pros: - [ ] Largest capacity in the 30” wide class - [ ] Reasonable price point - [ ] Quiet - [ ] Energy efficient - [ ] Ice maker kit fits well - [ ] Well lit - [ ] Nicely thought out controls - [ ] Well designed ice maker Cons: - [ ] No cheese drawer - [ ] Installation instructions for the Midea ice maker were unclear and had outright mistakes.

    Piece of junk ! Received damaged— reordered and the second refrigerator also received damaged in the identical spot as the first one (huge dent bottom rear of refrigerator)

    Here is the problem. We have been waiting for weeks for the parts to change the direction of the door. They are now back ordered. Just send us another refrigerator with the parts we need.

    Thiw freezer is defective and you may not add an ice maker. I bought this refrigerator and after 8 attempts from Best Buy to install the ice maker it NEVER worked

    The refrigerator doesn’t have a section in the freezer to hook up the ice maker, I had 4 technicians to come to put in the ice maker in the freezer area and the 4 th technician told me that the refrigerator don’t make with an ice maker.

    The refrigerator was delivered to the wrong address. Our receiving person told the driver, but he refused to deliver and install at the correct address.

    We’re thrilled with this refrigerator!

    After getting really tired of bending down to put food in and out of our refrigerator, I’d been thinking about getting a bottom freezer refrigerator for more than a year but always thought they would be too expensive. When I saw this one at Best Buy, I was at first attracted by the great price, but hesitated slightly because the size was a little smaller than our current refrigerator. We decided to take a chance on it anyway and we’re glad we did! Not only does everything we need fit well into this smaller fridge (because the design is better), but it runs way more quietly than our old fridge, which was starting to drive us mad. The quality is also much better than we expected and it looks great. We’ve had it for over a month now and not a day goes by without me saying “I love this refrigerator!” In addition to the actual product, the whole purchase process from Best Buy was awesome, from ordering through delivery, which all went very smoothly. This is the first time I’ve ever bought anything from Best Buy and it’s definitely not going to be the last! We’re very happy!
