I love it! I love having the freezer on the bottom.

Service was slow initially, but once sales person listened to my needs and were able to select the right refrigerator and comlete purchase and delivery of refrigerator with out any hitches. The refrigerator was delivered and set up was easy. Have not had any problems to date.

It looks great it’s a tight area and works well the price was fantastic!

Fridge is very good for the cost. The reason it didn't get 5 stars is that the first one was damaged resulting in driving an extra 70 miles and wasting most of a day returning the first one and picking up the second. The store handled it well and was glad they had another in stock. The shipper had to know it had been dropped. One rear leg was pushed up into the bottom of the fridge

The look of the fridge is nice and does the job. However after analyzing it, I moved the shelves inside and apparently during delivery the shelves indented into the back of the fridge. it is our extra fridge so it is whatever, but still a bummer to have it be damaged with it being new. They need to secure them better to not damage the fridge interior,

perfect size perfect style, quiet motor, energy saving

At first the delivery didn’t go as planned but after the 3rd replacement it came perfect. The fridge is very elegant and I worked with Best Buy corporate to make this smooth and easy and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Perfect size and heights. Easy to clean as well.

Nice size and plenty of storage room for out in the garage

Obviously it was busted on delivery. Read the reviews. Then best buy tells me, "we can take it back and send you a new one" like anybody wants to do that when they are in dire need fridge. Freezer top drawer design is flawed. the open back end allows things to fall into the fridge causing supererogatory effort to retrieve. Also, it has some strange mechanics that allow it to lock its doors after each time its opened for about 10 seconds. That can be annoying. Overall, no other complaints but seriously its 2024. Can we we please start making things that last and aren't controlled by absence? No matter what you choose, you will have to buy a new one in 5 to 8 years. The only benefit gained form this purchase is having access to the fridge on the top rather than than the bottom. Good y'all!

So far i have been extremely pleased with this refrigerator! Very roomy and very well lit in fridge and freezer. Great price too!I did also purchase ice maker which has been great.

Love this fridge but it be having a weird noise and a dent. This is my second replacement but I guess I will deal with it. As long as it works.

I would recommend this refrigerator. I love the bottom freezer. I used whirlpool for years and won't go back. I had to call Best Buy a couple of times and they answered all my questions right away.

Honestly was impressed with this fridge. Its super sleek and works great for us so well (it’s been about a month) so this is just a short term revkew

This is the perfect addition to my townhome. The delivery and installation was seamless, the staff was on time and constantly communicated with me, and now my food is cold! Thanks Best Buy and staff!
