At the time of purchase i was informed that when Geek delivers the product that would place it where I indicated but not plug it in. this didn't happen they left then left, i asked if they are going to unpack frig they stated that they only had orders to deliver and not setup.

It's new. Need to get used to it. My wife loves the alarm which tells her the freezer or refrigerator door is open.

I gave a 3 because it's always making noise a squeaky noise .I thought a mice was in it and I don't have rodents. SMH I did find out there is a drip pan that was full of water that I didn't even know it had. I should have opted for a different brand , but for now it's gone have to work.
