New But Dented

I tried to call Best Buy and also use the chat feature but I couldn’t tall to anyone. I bought the item for a house in a different city and it’s not feasible to go to that store. I am going to go the Better Business Bureau to try to speak to someone.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, Lowe's, Home Depot, Warner's Stellian. The 1st delivery it arrived damaged. I get it things happen, however I was told I'd be called. Never happened. After calling to set up the 2nd delivery I never heard from Best Buy for confirmation the day before so I called. They confirmed. The day of the 2nd delivery I call because I hadn't heard from them. Geek Squad delivery mentions there's no refrigerator on the truck for delivery and won't be coming. That's now 2 days I've taken off from work with no refrigerator. It was finally delivered the 3rd time. At no point during the process did anyone apologize. The only item they could offer was per company policy, a 10% discount. So $50 gift card for 24 hours of work taken off. The company policy is that the company doesn't care. If you feel like a gambling person, go right ahead. Just realize there's a good chance you won't receive it the first time and will have to store your food elsewhere.

It began to crack witgin the first year, and it just completely disintegrated today, and wouldnt you know, a week after the warranty expired. I was given the ridiculous option of having a "tech" come to my home, for a $149 diagnostic fee, so he can give me prices on a repair. Mind you, there are no seperate parts, as its all casted plastic. Neing a total tech member is meaningless as well, so I'm going to cancel that waste of money when it's time to renew. I don't plan on ever making a purchase at best buy again. They care about lining their pockets while producing garbage products.

Quality of materials is fair but considering the price-good. Dents easily and hopefully it will last
