    I've already been to Best Buy three times with the same problem. The rubber in the freezer drawer is defective and does not fit into the refrigerator. This causes condensation to form and, consequently, ice and snow in the freezer. First, I paid for a return to replace the refrigerator. They brought me a refrigerator, but they only replaced the freezer drawer. This suited me, I thought the problem had been removed. But in the new drawer, the elastic was even worse. Now I was in the store and said that I would choose another model, since I cannot endlessly change the drawers and pay for returns. It's a shame that the discount season is missed! The story of buying a refrigerator is not over. I will definitely add something positive to the review, I hope.

    Make sure you inspect this refrigerator before you make them. Bring it in your house, especially where the racks are at the factory. They were purposely pushed in too hard and punctured four holes in the insulation and you're not going to see it until you take the shelf out. And I miss 3 days of work trying to replace the stink Best buy won't take it back the same day they have to follow procedure and make you miss more work

    I wish I could have listened to the reviews here. I order this fridge with high hopes that I was going to be the exception and that was a big mistake. We received this fridge damaged. I called customer service and told me that they could only refund me 10% of what I paid which is only 74 dollars.Therefore, learning from this mistake I decided to return it and get me a better quality fridge. See for yourself. This seems to be the biggest issue some customers explained when receiving this fridge.

    Spacious fridge, The freezer Nope The drawer is a poor design, the material must be garbage as its breaking and the side thats Not broken is where all the damage is (the white plastic that covers the foam insulation is ripping,flaking and coming off. Its being Replaced as per my manufacturer warranty. But I notice it has DROPPED in price I paid $800 its now $600

    Cheap price but so is the fridge. I haven’t had it for more than 5 months and the freezer went out on me. Don’t recommend and if you get it get the insurance cuz your gonna need it.

    I liked the fridge, bottom freezer is very comfortable, but after couple months it stopped produce cold, freezer defrosted and hundreds of dollars food get bad. Best Buy scheduled me for repair appointment but it was compressor and they cannot do anything about it. Best Buy gave me number to exchange my refrigerator but I have to bring it to store by myself.

    This fridge looked great at 1st. After delivery i realize it was scratched and was tilted backwards. After having it fir a week. I notice the freezer wasnt sealing and eoukd not close. The freezer started to frost over. I called hest buy they gladly exchange it. Then after a month with this one i notice the too part wasnt closing!! I totally exchange it for another mire expensive brand!! Now im happy! Horrible experience with this fridge!

    I was initially delivered a very damaged refrigerator. While I set up the switch to a new one I was told that I'd receive a full refund from the representative. I confirm this with him several times. After the switch (another day wasted), I was refused the full refund even though I was told I'd receive this as a result of the inconvenience. Instead I was offered a $50 Gift card. I had been emailing my salesman since the start but he never responded. The new refrigerator is loud.

    Unfortunately first my delivery was delayed. Then once delivered they sent the wrong ice maker. So now we cannot use until the correct one is sent or we may just have to return Yes I am a little disappointed

    I initially loved this fridge however I've learned the freezer tracks are made of foam. I've only owned this fridge for a year and the top drawer in the freezer is on "tracks" the tracks are all broken and coming off. Making my top drawer unusable.

    The item was damaged in the box & had to immediately reorder which would take two weeks to be delivered. The replaced one after only a few weeks was broken also & I’m very disappointed.
