My insignia fridge was delivered damaged .My bottom freezer storage bin is broken and tape .

I ordered this item at the location in PCH torrance. When i got home and opened it the item was damage, got a big dent .

The fridge is leaning towards the right. Very lopsided and I’m disappointed no one from Best Buy HQ has contacted me when I reviewed the delivery of it.

I needed a simple plain refrigerator for a built in cabinet space. No ice maker needed, but one could be purchased. I noticed 2 weeks later the top corner of the top door had a plastic piece bent, where I called Best Buy and they quickly resolved the issue and brought out another one to replace it, we replaced the door with a new one since everything else was fine so I didn't have to wait for the refrigerator and freezer to cool down. I was very satisfied with my experience from purchase to set up, and hauled off the old appliance.

I've had this fridge for about 1 month now. Despite some negative reviews I took a chance and ordered it. It was perfect, no damage at all. No getting hot on the outside and food stays perfectly frozen in freezer and cool in fridge. I love it and you can't beat the price. Lots of room inside to store plenty of food. Sometimes it's worth to ignore negative reviews. I did, and every time I enter my kitchen I still can't believe how beautiful this fridge looks. Freezer on the bottom is so convenient. No bending over each time when taking food out of the fridge. I just love it. Buy it!!!! Delivery was fast and right on time. I asked the driver to open the box before bringing it inside to allow me to check for any damages. He was so nice about it. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience!

Very nice refrigerator! Spacious, large freezer with a separate section for ice. Perfect size, looks great and very quiet! I buy a lot of appliances for our rental properties and I’m always happy when I come across great deals for great products, and this one was a steal! Highly recommend!

We purchased this fridge for a small condo that is a second home for us. I had a hard time finding a smaller unit that was had a freezer on the bottom at a reasonable price. Although this refrigerator/freezer has a small footprint, it has a decent amount of space! It is nice looking, too. We have only had it for a month or so, I have high hopes that it will function as well as it looks and fits into the space!

I am so pleased with my Insignia refrigerator. It has a sleek and modern design. It is so easy to set the temperature and functions. Love how well lit the interiors of both the fridge and freezer are. Runs so quietly you will never know it's on. Huge bins on the door help keep the shelves open and free for larger items. Dimensions used in the advertisment are exact and it fit perfectly into my existing cabinet opening.

The Insignia 18.6 Cu. Ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator has been working really well for my needs. It’s got plenty of space, keeps food cold consistently, and the bottom freezer is much easier on my back than a top-mounted one. The fridge layout is flexible, and the interior lighting is bright and clear. It runs fairly quietly, though you might notice a soft hum now and then. The freezer section could use a bit more structure just a couple of big bins so things can get a little jumbled. Also, the stainless finish looks nice but shows smudges pretty easily. For the price, this is a reliable refrigerator. It’s perfect if you want something efficient and functional without spending a lot. The delivery and setup from Best Buy were quick and on time as well.

I was very nervous about buying this since it had no reviews yet. I'm guessing it's a new model. Arrived in perfect condition. Took 4 hours to get to temp. Working great and loving it with a few caveats. - Interior LED in fridge is a bit dim. - Would have liked a few more shelf slots. No shelf can hold a big jug of Sunny D. I have to lift up bottom shelf to fit it in. - Exterior is a fingerprint magnet. A no-handle fridge should be resistant. Perfect size and capacity and my sore back is loving the bottom freezer. No more stooping - it's all at eye level.

Doesnt look cheap. Very quiet. Great price. Good luck finding a quality bottom freezer refridgerator at this price point. Replaced 14 year old top freezer whirlpool. The whirlpool ran loud and honestly, got tired of bending over to find food. This insignia runs extremely quiet, not sure what the negative reviews are about with regards to operational noise. Item was on sale, and with the amount i was saving, i decided to puechase geek squad 5 year warranty. Cant beat the value of this item. Side note, item arrived without any damage.

This is a nice smaller fridge. Lots of space (w/o ice maker), E-Star (so we're hoping better electric bills), runs very quietly, doors seal well, nice and cool on 2/3 setting. You must reach up (to top L of door) to open it, which is fine unless you're quite short. Freezer has top insert so you can have 2 layers in freezer. No frills, great value.

Love the Black Friday pricing and the overall design of this fridge. I love accessing all the fridge items, and not having to bend. Don't have as many "I can't find the mayo" yells from other family members:). Getting used to a bottom freezer, but having the 2 drawers is nice. Good size for family of 4. Super quiet.

We’re very happy with the Insignia refrigerator. It is remarkably quiet and efficient. It has plenty of room for our needs, fits in our space and has a nice clean appearance. At the price for the refrigerator, delivery and haul away of the old unit, we’re delighted we chose the Insignia.

So far it has been EXCELLENT, Even though it is only about an inch bigger all the way around than our old one on the outside. There is a lot more space in both the freezer and fridge. It is very quiet, the temps are consistently stable per my thermometers and it rarely runs, mostly after you leave the door open too long. So I attribute that to the excellent insulation. Also I can't speak highly enough about the salesrep at Best Buys. He was very professional, organized and friendly. They even emailed me asking how we liked the unit directly. And called my cell asking again if we were still satisfied. To be clear, the purchase was at the Columbia BB. Can't say enough about the delivery/installation team. I have seen carefull installers.....these guys were CAREFUL!!! They absolutely wanted to make sure the unit or my house didn't get dinged. They even moved some standing cabinets that needed to be removed previously by me, back into place. Can't say enough about them.

Our new Insignia bottom freezer refrigerator has delivered perfection. It is a beautiful design inside as its shelves are clear and easy to clean. The lights are bright and cheery with multiple shelves on its door in appropriate sizes for condiments and milk. We love the sylish stainless steal covering and is easy to keep clean and shiny. Its quite impressive as we have had many compliments about its appearance. We are thrilled to have this beauty in our home and we are very happy with its temperature settings as our food stays fresher much longer whuch saves us money.
