I am very happy with the refrigerator, the stainless steel is nice, the bottom freezer drawer is convenient, the space in the top of the fridge is plentiful and actually has more room then the side by side I had before. Good quality, good price!

I absolutely love this new fridge! I live in a 100 year old house that was not built to accommodate large appliances. The 30.5” width is perfect for my space and does not feel like a big elephant in my tiny 100 year old kitchen. Everything is perfectly cold. I love not bending over and into fridge anymore. It had added years to my life with how easy it is to organize groceries. Great price point. Very elegant for not being the most “top of the line” appliance on the market. Financing was simple and really helped with the burden of having to replace a broken, 15 year old fridge. Thanks Best Buy!

Purchased as a secondary/garage fridge and it's perfect for what I wanted/needed: Affordable and energy efficient! I also love that the freezer is on bottom, and you can easily adjust each zone's temp for the seasons. Only complaint is that the door always wants to swing closed so I have to prop it open when unloading lots of groceries. Overall very happy and would buy again.

I am very happy with my new refrigerator. It fits in the smaller space that I have for a refrigerator and runs very quietly. I really like the bottom freezer aspect.

Impressive amount of space in both the freezer and refrigerator, especially all the door compartments. It's actually a bit smaller than my previous which had a freezer on the top, but it holds a lot more. I would have liked an additional shallow full-width produce drawer, but that's a small quibble. It is sometimes on the noisy side, and make sure you have a microfiber cloth nearby to buff out the fingerprints. Overall, a good value for the money, and very attractive.

This refrigerator is exactly what I needed/wanted to replace my basement fridge that died. There is plenty of room at the top in the fridge section, more than I needed, and the freezer section is also roomy with a nice drawer. It's a nice looking fridge and I am very pleased with my purchase. I also want to add that the delivery was great! The two guys that did the delivery were very nice and professional. They had it off the truck and inside the house very quickly, without being reckless. Five stars for the delivery as well!

This fridge is the perfect size! Fit great in the space I need it to and the appearance of it is sleek. Got cold within a very short time. Seamless delivery as well.

I absolutely love this refrigerator, my refrigerator went out during the Pandemic and I paid $300 2x to get the condenser fixed ( it was a Samsung) NEVER EVER will I purchase another one of those but this one I took a chance on just because I liked the layout and my family loves it and it does what it’s suppose to do It works great. The gentlemen that delivered it they were Phenomenal, it was raining and they really took care and they set it up and hauled off that Samsung ( that i had waiting outside for them.

WARNING!! If you try to switch which side the door opens from, the instructions are wrong. You use the existing lower (middle) bracket . You have to unscrew the pin and reverse it. The instructions say that there is another bracket included, but there is not. You can use the existing one. Took several support people to be able to figure that 1 out. Other than that I like the fridge. I especially like that It tells me when I left the door open. I like that there's more freezer space than comparable fridges. No special egg or butter compartments though. Also, check inside when it's delivered. The first one I got the shelves got pushed to the back of the fridge and they cracked the inside shell.

Loved it works great fits perfectly everything fits perfect and organized. Just the way I wanted it.

I'm very happy with this fridge. There's plenty of storage thanks to well designed door bins, and the LED lighting is great. Keeps temperature well and is whisper quiet.

Excellent delivery and love my new Insignia bottom freezer refrigerator. When prior bottom freezer refrigerator (name brand) stopped working after 9 years, I couldn’t find another one in my price range. So I purchased a top freezer since it was a floor model. After using it for 1 1/2 yrs, I still wasn’t happy. I am a senior with mobility issues in arms and shoulders. With the bottom freezer, everything is at the right heights and where I need it to be. Then, I noticed the Insignia at an awesome price on sale over Labor Day. The delivery men were so considerate and helpful - making sure not to scratch it coming thru the door. Have had 2 weeks - couldn’t be more pleased. My one and only complaint is that the crisper drawers don’t actually fit correctly in their slides and don’t close tight. BTW - there is a recessed handle on the bottom of the refrigerator door right above the recessed handle for the freezer. Not noticeable in the pictures online, but definitely useful to someone who is short and arms don’t work well. Also, I love that the sides are not stainless - much easier to keep clean. Happy customer!

This is a very simple, yet quiet and efficient refrigerator. We replaced a 20-yr-old Fridgidaire of the same size with this model, and the new one definitely holds more and is easier to get things out of the back. We also bought the $99 ice maker add-on and installed it ourselves. It works very well. This fridge works great in tight kitchen areas where a door handle would get in the way.

Fridge is fine. Bottom drawers are not very secure and feel like they will not last long and do not have a fruit or veggie setting. Door does not shut securely without a strong push. Shelves on door are wide and can accommodate a large amount of condiments or larger sized items. Fridge arrived damaged with large dent on lower corner of freezer door, 2nd delivery was also damaged on back corner of side panel but kept it since would be hidden by cabinet. Was offered an in store credit for the inconvenience

Excellent fridge. Purchased for our basement and it’s the perfect size and very quiet. Have not had any issues. I love the amount of space it has for a smaller fridge and setup was very simple.

This refridgerator replaced out 18.2 split shelf refridgerator. We were pleasantly suprised of how much room this new refridgerator has. It is nice and quite compared to our old noisy one. It has different sounds like dinosaurs or haunted sounds but not loud. The front has adjustable feet and the back wheels are not adjustable. We have a ice maker on order for it. We love the bottom freezer sliding draws and glad it wasn't a swing door. We havent had it for a month yet but so far we are super happy with this refridgerator.

We like the spaciousness, storage capacity, and the modern design. The bottom freezer makes it easy to find the frozen food. We got it a year ago and can see the lower electricity cost. Great value for the price.
