Great fridge, but can't switch the door direction

States can open left or right. However, the hinge to switch it was not in the accessory kit. After numerous phone calls, we were finally told that hinge part was no longer available! Mis-advertising. However, the Fridge itself works fine.

If you are going to change the door hinge to the other side you can't follow the included directions as they are incorrect. I recommend watching the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7V4sR-GB-8k. This shows you that you don't need parts the manual says you need but doesn't include in the package.

We use it for beer, wine, soda, and overflow from the main fridge in the house. Plenty of room for fresh produce and extra frozen foods. We do a lot of weekend meal prep and store all the ready made meals in this fridge.

No need to mess with water or ice that will break before the fridge dies. Very roomy for all the things we need to have handy

Has more room than I thought it would and keeps everything nice and cold. Caught it on sale for a great price for a bottom freezer refrigerator so I'm very pleased with it so far!! I've had it for a little over a month now.

Had for about 1 month so far, temperatures have stayed consistent. Have noticed frost buildup already in freezer section tho so im guessing it either doesnt have a perfect seal or its defrost isnt perfect. Door and shelf space is great, way better organization than our previous 2014 kenmore.

Fridge cooked to temp within 2 hours. Works great and it’s bigger than it looks. Just need extra clear containers to be able to organize since there is only two drawers.

Plenty of room on shelves for gallon jugs. Doors hold lots of stuff. Best buys warranty is a must have. Can not say enough good things about the service we have received from Best Buy's Geek Squad.
