Affordable and good product

Love the jingle it plays when or if the door is left open for too long. The only odd thing is the door handle but we are getting used to it. Overall good fridge for an affordable price!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worse experience I’ve ever received I ordered this product July 24 said delivery date was 7/31 got confirmation Sunday, Tuesday morning and Tuesday night text message stated my refrigerator window would be between 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM with a notice be sure to finish all prep work I had two men come over here and remove my refrigerator Tuesday evening so they could bring in the new one Wednesday and Wednesday morning Receive same window 12:30pm to 4:30pm around 4:10 I called to check the order of my status. She stated it was canceled and needed to be rescheduled. I told them I need a refrigerator in my house seeing I just had mine moved out the evening before. they didn’t seem to care They sent me a delivery date for 9/3 then turned around and sent me one for 8/6 So I’m supposed to go without a refrigerator in my house for six days I talked to Multiple people One person stated my problem would be resolved today I called this morning Nobody seem to know what I’m talking about. horrible customer service you would think once I told them I didn’t have a refrigerator in my house they would have Try to figure something out Absolutely not They didn’t have a care in the world.all ima say is at your own risk I’m a completely dissatisfied customer

Getting What You Need When You Need It!!!

My refrigerator was literally failing me, and I needed a new one really quickly. The salesperson was patient very professional and helped me with measurements and picked the perfect fridge. My refrigerator was delivered two days later the delivery persons were also professional and respectful, they knew what to do and did it with perfection. I recommended my girlfriend to go to that store because the service was A+. Thank you, Best Buy, I appreciate you.

I love, love, love it! The reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was bc u cannot set ur own temperature control. It’s only 3 stages of cold u can have with no temp display. Besides that it’s great!

It probably has twice the holding size and looks great. Delivery and installation was flawless. I buy all my appliances at Best Buy. I won't lie, I love being able to spread out my payments, but they have such a range of choices and I've always been able to pick out exactly what I've needed at the price I could afford. I live in a multiunit building in Chicago with my sister upstairs and me below. Since 2001, we have used BestBuy, and their generous payment plan to buy major appliances, computers, air conditioners, you name it. BestBuy is always my go to place.

Delivery & Damage plagued our BB experience.

This refrigerator was originally purchased on Apr 21, with a delivery date of May 4. On May 4 a delivery person called off, and delivery was rescheduled for 5/22. On 5/22 a dented refrigerator was received and kept, until it could be replaced, with a new unit to be shipped on 6/24. (In the interim, on 5/23, the same model was offered on sale, we repurchased the original unit at the sale price). Product received on 6/24 was damaged too! Delivery was rescheduled for 7/15, this was received, as scheduled, without damage!! Based on our experience we would be very hardpressed to recommend Best Buy as an appliance destination.
