The top drawer in the freezer started to crack after 3 months of regular storage use. Called geek squad and they insisted on sending over a tech instead of just sending me the drawer. He comes and says he will order me two "just in case". A month goes by and the drawer fully shatters. Check on order and they say arriving mid- January. Total run-around on the phone being shuffled to different departments each person very nice but utterly helpless. I even went to the store to see if they could help but no luck. Geek squad are very nice people but totally useless. Avoid this if you can. We had to get it since it was the only one that fit our space within our budget. Oh and hilariously one tech support person suggested we make a claim for a whole new fridge since that would arrive faster. We declined that option since we didn't want to partake in so much waste. This whole experience makes me very reluctant to ever buy an appliance from BB again - they really don't have their act together.

Now the bad, our first one started gurgling before we had it a week. Every time we closed the top or bottom. I looked in the back and it has a drain pan that was full of water. I also felt the compressor and it was very hot. So hot I couldn’t hold my hand on it. I called the warranty dept and they sent out another one a week later. I didn’t notice until the delivery men left but the door had a dent on the edge. Well here we are a week later and this one is doing the same thing. The delivery men said they are always picking up Insignia products that they were just cheap junk! I will be returning for a refund!

Makes everything very easy to load and unload and organize. The freezer is very roomy too. We had a larger fridge than this before but it seems to have more room for everything, just with how the layout is. It did come with a small dent on the bottom of it, but they reimbursed us $100 back for it and it's barely noticeable so it worked out great!
