If I could leave a ZERO STAR review, I would. I’ve been a Best Buy customer for over 30 years. I have a CC from them with a very high limit. That doesn’t matter, because I am DONE with Best Buy. We purchased tbis fridge from them on December 30th, 2024. The only delivery date that would work was Saturday, Jan 11th. They were scheduled to deliver between 11-3. Later on that day, I went to check the link they had sent me that morning. It stated we didn’t have an appointment. Concerned, I called. Got somebody who acted like he cared. Fooled me. He said the system they use will clear the appointment out on the day of the appointment. He said he’d contact the delivery driver. I was put on hold for 5 minutes. He came back and SAID he had talked to them, and they were 30 minutes away. A BIG lie! Not 5 minutes later, I get a call from a lady whom I couldn’t even understand. She told me the delivery person was sick and nobody was there to cover! Really??? After I took the day off, you’re just telling me? Very long story short, they had to reschedule to the following Tuesday. They came early within the scheduled time. I asked the delivery guy if they could change the door hinge to the other side. They said they could, but a $75 charge! I said I could do it myself, which I attempted. Turns out the holes in the fridge were incorrectly spaced to match the hinge. It wasn’t going to happen. A few days went by, I called BB to speak with warranty department, The Geek Squad. I got some MAJOR JERK named Alfonzo who basically refused to help me. Told me it was a Sunday and “nobody cares”. I called him out on his attitude. He proceeded to talk over me, then added “just fix it yourself!” Then he hung up. So, I called back and filed a complaint against him. Horrible service and NO WAY to treat a customer. Returning the fridge. Best Buy SUCKS and provides ZERO customer service. Plenty of attitude, though. SHOP SOMEPLACE ELSE!! You can THANK ME later.

Works great I have no problems with it at all! Would be nice to have a handle somewhere but other than that it’s great! Lots of space in the fridge and freezer!

Our New Insignia, stainless steel refrigerator fit very nicely into our galley kitchen. Easy to use and spacially designed for userbility.

Great fridge for the price. The alarm when the kids leave the door open is a plus

I had a terrible experience with Best Buy. I purchased this refrigerator along with installation and haul-away services. The delivery team made a mess, didn’t clean up, and ultimately failed to install the new fridge. They claimed the issue was with the water valve. However, this is something they should have been prepared for—there’s no way for me to check the functionality of a water valve hidden behind the fridge. In fact, their appointment prep list even states that if there’s an issue with the valve, I can pay extra to have it fixed, which makes their lack of preparation even more frustrating.

Its a great fridhe for the price, i dont care for the fingerprints u have to keep cleaning off, but other than that been good for me.

I have only had this for a month or so but I love it. I love the fact that it "dings" if you don't get the door closed all the way and the drawers are large. It's a great fridge for two people.

We love the concept of the freezer on the bottom and it has nice sized drawers in the freezer. The fridge has awesome space saving door shelves as well.

Love this fridge for the cost. I was going to purchase a much more expensive fridge but luckily the employees at Best Buy helped me find one that actually fit into my tiny home. Had they not been educated on the products I would have gone home with a fridge that didn’t fit solely because of how the doors hinged.

Replaced a 20+ year old fridge that was an awkward size and this fridge fit perfectly in the cabinet without having to move any. Looks great and feels sufficient.
