First one had a gap in the freezer gasket that allowed warm air in causing frost. Second does not have that gap-ALOT BETTER. Word to the wise go over the unit and make sure everything is correct.

Installing the Ice maker ( which should can standard IMO ) was the only issue. I'm hoping this last me like my old Fridge another r18 years or more

Just don't like to deal with potential water leaks etc.. This fridge is very nice. It's not overly big nor is it too small. It's like just the right size for 2-4 people household. I bought this to replace an old Samsung fridge that kept breaking on me and costing me endless amount of money in repairs. My tenant really enjoys this fridge and she particular like the layout and functionality. It looks very elegant and sleek also. Overall, I would probably continue to buy this fridge for future rental units. It just too good and the price is right.

This caused continuous operation, considerable frost build up in the freezer and a 30% increase in our electric bill for that period. Best Buy replaced the refrigerator and directed the installation team to transfer the ice maker from the original machine to the new machine. Two installation crews have now failed to properly adjust the ice maker tonoperate. Another technician visit is scheduled. The lack of expertise coupled with double talk and hours of text/chat doesn’t seem to help the message “land” in responsible hands. Time wasted, extra costs for a move in and out at a large condo building have this experience rating below the bottom of the chart ☹️
