I like the open glass shelving. And the nice even cold in the fridge and freezer. I would like to have had a handle on the door. It takes a bit getting used to opening the fridge from the bottom of the door. Also, the spacing is a little tight (this model was the only one that would fit in my small kitchen) so I'm concerned about adequate air circulation.

With a bad back, I don't have to bend over to get something out of the refrigerator and there is lots of room in it. Something you don't think of is a light in the freezer area, but it's a must for me now. If you have a problem, customer service will say everything you want to hear, but ultimately it's up to the store to take care of any problems. Bob

So, I can't speak to long-term issues, but it's working just fine. The annoyances I have is that there's no way to store a normal size frozen pizza in a box upright in the freezer, and the drawers in the fridge don't pull in and out smoothly- but these things are minor, and for the price, I think it's an excellent value.

I have not have any major issues with it with the exception that it is easily damaged. On the first delivery it was damaged beyond repair, on the second delivery it was damaged (crushed) on the bottom rear. It still worked and the damage was hidden so I kept it at a discount. The sides of the fridge run very warm to hot, and it makes some strange noises every now and then. Other then those issues, I really like this refrigerator.
