    The fridge is okay but the overall experience with Best Buy has been very disappointing. I usually use them for all of my electronic purchases but when it comes to this fridge i regret it. The fridge came with a ding right in the middle of the door and when speaking with someone they say they can’t do anything for you and the only option is to load it back up and bring it to the store if you want anything done. They were also supposed to price match the fridge for me after I purchased it went on sale and they never did so by the time i realized they didn’t do it and reached out again they said it was past the time.

    We purchased this fridge because we had to have this small of a size and it had decent reviews. Like some of the other reviews we got it out of the box and it was scratched and dented. They came and got it a few days later and brought us a new one. That one was perfect on the exterior but the interior walls were broken in four places, where the shelves had sat durning transport. We called again and had to wait another 4-5 days for a third fridge! The third showed up and the inside was perfect. The outside did have two small dents on the side but both were hidden by our cabinets so we decided to just deal with it since it had been almost a month of trying to get one that wasn’t damaged and meant two days of missing work when the second and third fridge were delivered. It appears to be a good fridge but if you don’t want to deal with the hassle of missing work and having to replace it many times I’d recommend a different fridge!
