    We purchased this fridge on 8/29/25, got it delivered on 9/2/25, fridge came damaged and the ice maker dint get installed, called best buy we were told we had to wait for a new fridge which took almost a week, we are a senior couple with a lot of health problems, my husband just has started it with shingles and all this issues with the fridge just cause him more pain in his body because of the stress! then we had to drive almost an hour from our home so WE could pick-up the ice maker, if not we had to wait longer, needless to say that we finally got the fridge on October 16th and next day my husband noticed that the supposed new one was also damaged on the freezer door and we also noticed that it was not a new one it was used:(we called and the fridge was pick up, we wind-up buy a used one..this was the worse we we treated it by best buy...we are really disappointed from best buy and hope in the future they will have a little more concideration for their customers, specially seniors.

    We have had this refrigerator for almost three months now and so far we are very happy with the build quality, operation and total refrigeration and freezer space for the cost by Best Buy. So far, a very good value.

    looks good. Average performance, concerned when it gets hot in summer. My old units could be set well colder than needed inside pretty basic but no worse than most - i modified to divide freezer drawer Used to replace 2 side by units. icemaker missing hardware additionally needed to be modified Geek squad took care of units were racked: 1 leaned forward, 1 back - had to shim one and fine tune with front lega does have a fingerproof resistance coating as opposed to description tech did tell me almost no parts avail - so get max warranty though even top name brands are having probs with quality control/ decent parts avail used to have freezer/fridge next to each other now too much fridge/not enough freezer but for cost thumbs up - longevity tbd as i said get warranty

    Pretty cheap fridge but definitely worth it. Delivery people brought it in so was super easy delivery. has some nice shelves for the inside. The only thing is no ice tray which makes sense since there is no ice maker but you gotta buy that if you wanna put ice in the freezer haha. Overall good fridge.
