But the complaint is about the BestBuy itself. The product came with a dent and we identified at the time of delivery. The delivery team promised a $200 GC if I accept the damaged product. I accepted it; but there is no GiftCard even it is more than a Month. I am on hold with GeekSquad for more than an hour :(

The surfaces are easy to clean. The handles are on the top and bottom edge of the doors though, which can be a tight fit for those with large hands.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is not a review about the refrigerator, I have no idea if this will work well or not- I buy everything from Best Buy and can definitely say this Is my worst purchase ever, had no idea when I ordered an open box refrigerator from the outlet store in phoenix that it could be so beat up, was listed as open box satisfactory, the corner of the top door is crushed and I dont even know if it will even seal right, the rest of it is dented in several places, I will never buy from the outlet again and I suggest anyone that does do it in person and check over the product very well , unfortunately this house is very difficult to get a frig in and out plus I am 130 miles from the outlet, did not realize under all the plastic it was wrapped in that it was like this...

Unexpected jewel

Needed a refrigerator for my garage so I could place water, soda, juices, and extra freezer space. I was blown away at how cool the refrigerator and freezer got. Definitely will purchase another!

Nice Fridge

Looks nice, too. Plastic fronts on the door shelfs are kind of thin.

They were going to call in the issue and Best Buy was supposed to call to make an appointment to pick up the old refrigerator. We have not received that call yet
