    The fridge makes odd noises and the cooling element only works part of the time leaving sweat /condensation on everything inside. The coolest setting is not very cold. The fridge tetters and is not level no matter what you do to correct it. The shelves are some what stable BUT the placement is not effective and blocks a lot of what could be useable space. You can move the shelves up or down but still very ineffective. There are no handles so sometimes the doors get stuck and make it VERY HARD to open - if you have arthritis or any other issue with hands/arms do not buy this model, you will be in pain all the time from trying to open. Further Best Buy had a damaged fridge delivered (actually seems to be an "open box"- though I purchased brand new) - they opened a claim and have done nothing on the claim including no follow up.

    the refrigerator its self is great - but it came with a broken part and I'm having issues with best buy getting the replacement part - its been well over a month and still waiting

    It’s a nice fridge but it is very noisy. Sounds like there’s puppies whining all the time. Takes some getting used to. Other than that it’s a good fridge.

    No problem so far great refrigerator ,I add a bottom freezer on my last refrigerator and it only last year and half, thats why I return back to the top freezer.
