Ice cream gets soft, soda and milk isn't cold enough with the temp turned all way up on fridge and freezer.. You hear weird noises like metal grinding. Item came broken and with dents the first time got a replacement 2nd one does exact same thing first one did just fewer broken parts and dents

I bought this for drinks and other items as needed. It was delivered on time, but before my other defective refrigerator was picked up. The Best Buy employees were very nice, but I was shocked to find out that I had to pay Best Buy $ 59.99 to move the old refrigerator 15 steps, just into the foyer for pickup. I bought not only this, but a 75 inch Samsung tv and a Samsung sound bar a couple of weeks before purchasing this. This completely changed my view on Best Buy. I bought Geek Squad protection for my refrigerator. All in all, I’m very disappointed with the delivery services, thus, a lower review.

It was a shame that they didn't have the parts for this still new refrigerator. If the parts break, will they make me buy the refrigerator itself? Around noon on the day of delivery, I received a one-sided email telling me to schedule a delivery for no reason. I contacted the company and found out the reason Deliveries were delayed two weeks. There was no explanation or apology.

Annoying hum from compressor
