So I read the reviews, but I decided to take a chance on this refrigerator. I purchased in store and scheduled a deliver. The delivery was quick, two days. The two delivery men were very careful and brought the item into my kitchen with no issues. The outside looked great, no dents or scratches. However, once I opened the refrigerator one of the glass shelves had fallen off track and caused some damages in the process. Three of the door shelves were cracked, the cheese/cold cut drawer was in pieces. The bottom shelf that sits on top of the two crisper drawers had two cracks in the plastic frame. There was not packaging foam or anything protecting the inside but pieces of tape. I called Best Buy right away and they said they would send replacement doors and shelves. It would take 5-7 business days. Hmmm, ok, these things happen, I waited. The replacement parks arrived but the wrong bottom shelf was sent. I called again, they were going to send another shelve and assured it was the right part. Another week goes by, the shelf arrives and it is the wrong part. I called again and was again re-assured they were going to send me the right part. The issue was finally resolved but it took a month for me to get the right part and three attempts.

Seems to be in good running condition.the customer service was very good, along with the delivery.

Very nice fridge easy to move around, has an alarm system if it open to long.

Refrigerator was an open box good. Leveling legs in the front were missing. Manager refused to assist or order missing parts. Features on the refrigerator are great. Service at store is the only issue.

I really like this fridge even though I gave it 3 stars. It's a second fridge, a backup. It does exactly what I need it to do. It's a bargain. The plastic shelves inside are not very solid compared to more expensive refrigerators, but I've had no issues. We bought the ice maker and my husband installed it. One nice feature is it beeps when the door is left open. It comes in handy.

Great price and looks great. Delivery went to the the wrong location, but was a good purchase.

love the looks, freezer is a little bit smaller than expected. also when we opened the box, removed all the packaging, unfortunately the large plastic door shelf was broken.

great fridge, Best Buy delivered on time, set it up and answered all my questions. Only bad thing is one of the shelf doors broke and fell off. :(
